those that know what I'm talking about, could ya fill me in on something?
I downloaded my sis's Jerry Cantrell's cd (for those that aren't sure, he was the guitar player and backup vocals for Alice in Chains) and since I'm listening to it now, does anyone know if Layne Staley was still alive at the time when this cd came out? Some of the songs sound like Layne's voice, but also, it goes to show how Jerry did ALOT of the background vocals with Alice in Chains since his voice is very distinctive.
Plus does anyone know what Layne died of? I'm sure it was a drug overdose but I haven't heard anything. Hell I haven't heard anything as to what also killed::
Joe Stummer, the lead vocals for the Clash
or the lead singer from Drowning Pool who was found dead on their tourbus.
