Silly Garfield and stuff
I'm still trying to figure out why I'm up so early -___- Oh yeah, not sleepy and it was too damn hot in the bed. And bubba complains that I'M the one that produces too much body heat *pffft!*
First off, the
Such a busy day we had yesterday. We busted our ass on "cleaning" the house cause bubba thought that after his softball game was over, some of the peeps from the Fire Dept. were going to come over to use the pool and such. What I mean by "cleaning" was finding hiding spaces and just shove everything into. *lol* Though not for everything, that we were cleaning.
My sister-in-law and I went to the game to watch bubba play for about an hr, then I had to take s-i-l to the airport to pick up my niece. At least with her flight coming in around 10pm, didn't have to worry about too many ppl milling about waiting for others. So we left the game a bit early so I could take Mary to go eat and since she wanted to go to Sonic, that meant......I GOT TO HAVE MY ROOTBEER FLOAT!!! ^____________^ I didn't get anything to eat since we thought the guys were still coming to the house after the game.
While we were waiting for Heather's bag to finally come around the belt, bubba called saying that the guys weren't stopping by the house. In some ways, I had a feeling that was going to happen. Oh well, just hope that half of them will turn up like they should when we have the catfish fry next Sunday. Since Heather and I didn't eat, we stopped by Wendy's and this was almost the FIRST TIME that I ever had fries that hot AND my spicy chick. sandwich was pretty hot too. I guess sometimes it pays to eat that late if they have to make it up on the spot.
Leave it to bubba to pull a muscle in his leg again, this time his back upper thigh and he did it while running to first base. *shakes head* I guess thats what happens when you don't stretch enough or out of shape.
I had to tape all of Sat night's AS shows. Though I still wonder why I push myself to tape Gundam Seed when I told myself that I wasn't going to really watch it anymore unless I was home. I can't wait to watch IY since its the super ubber cute Shippou eps. I fell in love with it a couple weeks ago when I watched the sub of it and its going to be even cuter seeing it dubbed. I also can't wait for the eps when IY goes to Totosai for training and he has to work with a little mountain kitty *snuggles*. I don't plan on buying hardly any IY dvds but I will buy the ones that the eps catch my eye like anything cute with Shippou or good stuff between Miroku and Sango. I also decided to tape Trigun too since thats when they first meet Wolfwood ^___________^
I'm so happy too cause I only have a few more paragraphs to write of my Gungrave BrandonxMaria fic before I send it to my beta. And since I have my laptop back, I can work on it with that if I don't want to sit in my compy room all day and decide to work in the living room. (though my closet still needs to be finished so my room will be back to normal *sigh*)
Now I have to figure out what to do with myself since its still early.
