Last and final Gungrave dvd #7, post cards, boxset, and anime-manga

Man, hard to believe that this is the last dvd of the series. Goes to show how much time has gone by so fast, it always felt like the previous release just came out.

I'll try to work on a small write up regarding these last 3 eps before the end of the week (which that will be here before I know it. I still have to catch up on writing the rest of my vacation stuff.)

Also today is the release of the complete Gungrave boxset.

I did my best on trying to take pics of the Gungrave postcards that came with dvd 7. I'm not sure if these will come with the boxset, though I don't know why they wouldn't. Since bubba blew up our scanner, I had to make due with what I could with the digital camera, hence the crappy quality of the pics. But I did use some of the wallscroll pics I found to have a better look to them. And I'm only posting the Japanese covers that we didn't get to have here in the US.

As for the anime-manga, I came across this from this past weekend's Comic Con:

Dark Horse Comics has announced a number of new title announcements at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. The following excerpts represent their new anime / manga related titles.

Gungrave Anime Manga— Created by Yasuhiro Nightow, creator of Trigun, the GungraveAnime Manga comes to you as a full-color adaptation of the popular anime. Arriving January 2006.

After being told what it was & looked like, I have something like this for GW but it was only in Japanese. I might get this one just to be curious.

On a non-Gungrave note, last weekend I found a BT for all of the Cowboy Bebop OSTs and finally have it in my collection. Good stuff.
