Well I finally pushed myself to watch #25 and as much as I already knew what was going to happen a couple of months ago, it was the idea of actually seeing it animated. In some ways I felt that this eps felt short cause it was like "bam!" it's over already. God this is just so wrong to do this to Hughes!!!! Since this is supposed to be 52 eps long, makes me wonder just who else they will be killing off in the future. I liked the flashback scene with Hughes and Roy talking, mmmm.... scruffy Roy *yum* One of the many things I'll miss about Hughes are his silly jabs to Roy (either way in person or on the phone *lol*). (and of course he bragging about his daughter).

The two scenes that actually made me have tears in my eyes were Elysia and Armstrong

Aside from that, Roy looked pretty good in his uniform and w/out the hat. The ending scene with Hawkeye and Roy made the plot bunnies come to life as to writing a fic where he mourns with her to comfort him *grins*. Plus with enough Roy and Hawkeye japanese fanart with some of these scenes, really helps it too. Plus this pic helps the ideas along nicely too. (scroll down to the bottom to the Roy and Hawkeye)

Time to pimp out some recent Ed and Winry lemons that were posted.

War Dove's untitled lemon

Those helped lift my spirits up a little after #25 *sighs* Look forward to how interesting #26 will be.

The scenes where you cried were yep weepy moments, but the one that had me bawling was when Ed is on the train and he sees Hughes waving at him from outside the station they pass. I was a weepy mess then. Really unfair that... I kept hoping on some level that Hughes is still alive but in hiding.

It's funny everyone who knew this was going to happen put off watching this episode. I know I did.

Danku! Seems like alot of ppl like it, can't take any credit for it though, just the awesome japanese artist that drew them together ^__^

Yeah the ending to that eps was pretty heartwrenching too and to think that the kids don't even know he's gone (unless Ed might have had a feeling about it when he saw Hughes waving).

*sigh* We could only have wishful thinking that Hughes would be alive somewhere but I don't think they are going to be that nice to us fans. Plus when you think about it, knowing what Hughes figured out and how those that did get too close ended up dead, well, he walked right into that one.

I put it off for close to a week, between not wanting to see what was going to happen but also trying to find time to watch it. It didn't help matters when this eps and Gungrave #26 (the last eps) came out and both were tugging on the heartstrings pretty hard.
