Christmas shopping, work, holy shit, and everything else BLAH!

For the most part, at least my headache has kinda left me alone for the time being. I tried to sleep some of it off yesterday evening, helped a little but not completely gone during that time.

Completed most of the christmas shopping today but get this shit!! You wouldn't believe what Wal Mart is now selling..................... hang onto your seats........... The Escaflowne Movie (uncut) and Vampire Hunter D "Bloodlust" (uncut). Now for awhile, they were only selling DBZ, Sailor Moon, then Zoids, then YYH, and now all of this. I just stood there agape while standing in front of the shelf. They also have an anime called Armatage which I seen ads for but thats about it. The prices are pretty decent too. I just wished that they would've had Endless Waltz. Went to Best Buy after Wal Mart cause I couldn't find the dvd my sister wanted and I looked in their anime section to see what all they might have. Pretty much squat. No Endless Waltz, didn't see any Weiss, had a few Hellsing, and of course the rest was crap. Hell I couldn't even find the damn cd that hubby wanted. Sure they had a 2nd cd made for the soundtrack but it had fewer songs and I wasn't going to pay for crap.

Weeeeeeeee! Got to order my X-mas gift that was from mom, the Gundam Wing dvd boxset. Now here's to hoping that I can get it before the holiday, if not oh well, I can be a bit more patient ^__^

Talked to mom earlier today and we were talking about movies and she was saying how Ethan wants to go see LOTR. For a 4yr old, I don't think so, its bad enough he weaseled into going with my sis, hubby, and I to see Goldmember and that kid acted like he had ants in his pants. I mentioned to her about Harry Potter 2nd film and before I even asked her about them, she said "I don't know why I bought them for but I have the first two books." Well mom, you saved me for having to ask you to get them for me. But I did remind her to get me the other 2 if she has them at work.

Tonight at work I couldn't do much since both printers were down and had to wait for the IBM dude to get here. After I signed off of chat, I got to work on filling out more x-mas cards and getting my sister's package ready to mail since I couldn't go anywhere till after the tech left. Then after one printer was ready to go, there was a glich in the que so I had to fuck with that a bit

The only highlight from the day was watching Inu Yasha dvd eps 4-6. From what I could tell in the least was that they didn't seem to cut out too much to show on tv. I haven't gotten to eps 6 yet so we'll see. Now the only thing I don't remember is eps. 4 with the bad chick and the hair, I don't really recall seeing the full detail on how she was killed (aka Kagome hitting the red skull with the arrow). I might have missed that eps, I haven't a clue but I know I don't recall seeing it.

Now to mosey along to see what I can semi accomplish before I get off work.

[edit] And I almost forgot, many hugs to my friend who just sent me all of the anime X on disc. Debating now when to watch it and try not to get bummed out about it. [/edit]

Damn weather! I wish it would make up its mind for the time being what the hell it wants to do. For a few weeks we had a cold spell and this past weekend was pretty warm (even though we had rain), warm enough where we turned the heat off and opened the windows during the day and the evening, it wasn't even cold enough to turn the heat back on (but had the windows closed of course)

Also forgot to mention about picking up my special pics yesterday. For the most part they turned out nice, some poses that we didn't get weren't that great. So next time I go see you blkros you'll get to see them, same with soraaoi when I come see you hopefully this weekend. I'll try to scan them in too for those who won't be able to see them in person.
