Does anyone know if there is an alternative program out there that you can watch avi files on WITHOUT having to download Divx?? Reason being is that since they use that Gain software, I was bombarded with popups yesterday that I was about to uninstall Divx, at least the version that has Gain added into it. I NEVER had that many popups before till now.

I noticed another virus going around in emails. Lost count on how many I received in the past couple of days and now just read about it on MSN frontpage news. Course I'm never that damn dumb to open it since I know by now what they are. I think its soon time for me to retire my yahoo account. But something I don't understand. I have two other yahoo accounts that I barely EVER use and yet when I do check them out, its clean as a whistle but yet the one that I use the most is just loaded with spam and viruses. Must get an account with the same place bubba has his with, he never gets that shit in his. It will be weird when I do get rid of my email account cause I've had that since ummm..... early '97 I believe, the first time I ever signed up for email too.

We also had our mid yr evaluations last night and I have to agree with the 2nd shift dude. If they are going to waste our time having the mid yr's, we should at least be given a little extra cash each time we go through it. They don't count for anything. But I'm thinking if the company did that, then they would reduce our yr'ly bounses and raises when we have the end of the yr eval's. The mid yr's are so retarded cause in my line of work, there is nothing new that comes up so what the hell are you supposed to write? At least my super doesn't care if we use the same stuff that we used in the end of yr cause I think he finds the mid ones just as annoying as we do.

Started another damn fic the other night, a sappy songfic one too *smacks self*

*looks out window* *grumblesnarl!* Damn its raining, I hate driving long distances in this weather cause Texas ppl don't know how to drive in ANY weather conditions. Between ppl riding their brakes and I HATE that with a passion, I just wish I had some mind powers and cut their brake lines, that will fox their little ass. Another is speeding when the weather is bad while weaving in and out of traffic. When we had that bad ice storm that week of Feb, that night I made it into work, I was doing about 40 on the main highways (good thing though that not many were on the road) but those that were on the road were at least doing 60-70 miles on ice. Must suck to be them cause I sure as hell ain't that suicidal.

*waves* Glad to see [livejournal.com profile] coley_merrin back from her vacation.

"If God were suddenly condemned to live the life which he has inflicted on men, he would kill himself."

- Alexander Dumas (1802-1870)

also on the back of Type O Negative's new cd

First thing I noticed after I bought the cd and was checking everything inside and out. And when I think about it, its pretty true. Leave it to TON to have very whitty and wise quotes on their cd covers.
My husband needs some serious help! I never saw one person be so obsessed with watching Moulin Rouge. Everytime it comes on either HBO or Cinemax, he just HAS to watch it. I cringe at the movie, I think its the most stupidest thing I've seen in quite a long awhile no matter how many times I have to put up with watching certain clips of it, I'll never get it.

He even calls up his guy friends on the phone, discussing it like old women nagging about their soaps. I got him the soundtrack from X-mas and I have a feeling that I'll be getting the dvd for him sometime soon even though I think I'm going to regret it.

So does anyone want a free husband? He's only slightly used but you can do what you want with him however you see fit.

Either that or send me some straighjackets along with the funnyfarm docs. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
