Live Action Witch Hunter Robin.............O__O

Umm....should I be scared? While it does sound interesting, I'm just wondering how its going to look. Gacked the article from Animenation, WHR comm. and friends. So those that didn't hear or see it, here it be::

Live Action Witch Hunter Robin confirmed.....


Mr. Joe Menosky, writer and producer for TV series including Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, and The Dead Zone, has contacted AnimeNation with confirmation that last Friday, January 16th, the Sci-Fi Channel closed a deal with Sunrise Studios of Japan to remake Witch Hunter Robin as a live-action American television series. Mr. Menosky will write the series and executive produce along with Mr. Roy Lee (who licensed the remake of "Ring") and his business partner Doug Davison.

According to Mr. Menosky, "There may or may not be an announcement in the Hollywood tradepapers -- which tend to wait until a pilot script is completed, greenlit for production, with director and actors attached before they consider a television series worthy of mention. But given the focus of AnimeNation, I thought you might find the project of interest."


I think I'm just scared on who they will get to play the characters and it better be damn good thats for sure!!!!!!!!!!!! Hmmmm..........a RL Amon............*drools*

I didn't think they would be covering that so soon but considering the amount of yr's that go by, I can see it happening. But the last link below in this entry, they have it covered up to #18 called "Grave."

We have Mika and Grave BUT there are two other characters that are in it. One says Sherry, Dove and I are thinking this is Harry's woman but the translations don't say much and they don't give you much info either. There is another "dead" character who kinda looks like Bunji but the translated name doesn't quite fit, but then again, Brandon's name went from Brandon to Grave so perhaps they bring Bunji back?? Just a thought.

If you go into the CD/DVD, you can download some clips to the 2nd OST that is based on the anime, not the game, the english song called Clue is very nice. Also, if you go into the Movie link, you can download the preview of Gungrave OD, the new PS2 game that is coming out in March. I think it looks BADASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And hope that they are able to animate it as well. This too also covers what little of the storyline for eps. 18 titled "Grave."

Seeing these eps already covered, I'm just getting too antsy for these subbers to get on the ball and get what they can subbed. I'm anxious for #15 damn it!!!!!


As for the Big SEXeh, I don't know why I didn't search for it the day I posted links about the dolls. Here is the bigger version of Grave. Such great details they put into the doll, plus he comes with two interchangeable heads *snickers*. I have to laugh when I see dolls come with an extra set of hands or heads.

Beyond the Grave

Don't let the price fool you, I know of places that sell it for a bit cheaper. I also find it interesting on the clothing that they make up for a character, I'm still wondering why they gave Grave those funky looking chaps. Oh well, still makes him look more badass.


I finally figured out what the words are in the beginning of the theme song in the anime where it says Gungrave, the words posted are::

In each hand, he wields his matching handguns, Ceruberus, and on his back he carries a coffin filled with heavy weapons. Cloaked in darkness and smelling of the grave, he is back to kick ass!

I didn't have to squint too much when I saw it on the jp site and thank god it wasn't too blury to make out, yes it has been bugging me as to what it said.


Had to so some shopping at Walmart yesterday and while waiting for my 1hr pics, I picked up OUATiM on dvd and wanted Cabin Fever but they were sold out >_<;;;; I then asked the chick about the PS2 memory card and she had to get it out of the case. So while waiting for her, I was checking out other PS2 games and geez, you think they have enough Gundam games? I found at least 3 but they don't look like they deal with anything with Wing. So I look at the side case and a quick glance had me kinda fuming. The sumbitches had Gungrave on the freking shelf!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All this time when I was looking for it after X-mas and no one had it, not even Best Buy. They didn't even have a place on the shelf or a tag for it either when I looked before. I'm not sure how much they want for it but I still paid a decent price for mine and glad I got it when I did, the game is already starting to get frustrating, especially after reading what each stage has *sobs!!!** You'll be just as shocked as I am wardove that is if they use half the stuff in the anime of what is in the game.


Now to await anxiously for the UPS dude today!!

Stupid UPS!

All freaking day while sleeping, I was waiting to hear the doorbell go off, informing me that either the UPS person was there and they dropped off a package, or letting me know I had to sign for it. Believe me, I can't sleep through our loud as hell doorbell.

So after I wake up, saw that there was no package on the porch, I go check the status of my tracking online and saw it was signed by someone!!!!!!!!!! I kept wondering why the name sounded familiar and noticed it was the Real Estate company across the road from us.

Thank god they were still open and asked about if a package with my name was dropped off there. They were like "Yeah, we didn't notice it wasn't for us till after we signed it and UPS left. He comes almost every day so we were going to give it back to him." HELLO!!!! It says MY name on the box!! It has MY address on the box!! Are you too lazy to walk over and say "oh we have a package here for you." Even though I'm sure they were only doing the safe route especially if something happened to it and they didn't want to be held responsible. Between the laziness on their part and the fucking UPS dude who can't fucking deliver to the right house without even TRYING. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!

Then dumbass me forgot about getting my grandpa a bday card during that whole hr I had to spend in Wallyworld yesterday, so I had to remind myself to get one at the pharmacy down the street when picking up dinner. It seems that I wasn't the only one who forgot since I had to call my sis to see when his bday was and she forgot too, then again, she's always forgetful when it comes to bdays.


At least I got my box safely, had a wonderful shrimp sandwich (am so stuffed), and now debating if I want to watch OUaTiM yet or not.
