Great news for Jem and the Holograms fans!!!!!!!!!!

I was quite shocked when I got word of this. I'm so excited about it too, I haven't seen this show since, well, the late 80's before they took it off tv. The only time I got the chance to see the show was while I was waiting for the bus. I only got to watch at least 15mins of it before the bus came so half the time I never saw the endings of the eps. It was rare if I was able to catch an ending or two of the show. I think its great how they are offering it as a 4 disc set.

Upcoming Gungrave release stuff and some caps of eps. 22

I found out that the 2nd Gungrave OST "Lefthead" comes out 4/7. For those wondering what's with the titles of the OST's Righthead and Lefthead, I believe its the names of Grave's guns colors: Righthead is the red (which he holds in his right hand) and the white is the Lefthead. I can't wait for the download of this OST too, I think the music they've used in the anime has been worth it and will be worth buying.

Also the 2nd dvd goes on sale in Japan on the 24th. I like the cover for this one too, just a shame that the pic is so small. Hopefully they will have a bigger ad for it somewhere::




Regarding the screencaps, I know I'm not going in order, but #22 had some great shots of Grave and Lee's new form that I couldn't wait. I usually wait till the subs come out but I'm really tired of waiting. Plus I still have to work on capping some of #21. I know there isn't much I'll be capping for #21 and #22 so what I have now of 22 will probably be it aside from a handful of others I still need to cap. Thank god though, saves me on time of trying to stop myself from capping the whole damn eps as of late.

This eps was a bit odd with the animation::

Grave's hair got long all of a sudden and dark, not the light grey version we've been seeing recently. Yet in #23, his hair is back to the light grey and is short again like how it was, not what we seen in #22. I think with Grave's hair being darker and longer in #22, he looks like the 2nd versin of Brandon when Brandon let his hair grow long and pulled back in a ponytail. In fact, the link below, you would think it was Brandon, not Grave.

Harry's hair color seemed to have changed a bit too and then goes back to what it was before in #23.

Later when Grave pulls that bone that is lodged in his gut, no thanx to Lee's doing, there is no gaping hole where puncture wound was. Also, Lee throws these curved knives at Grave in the train. You see them stuck through Grave's body but yet during the action scenes, they seem to disappear, only to reappear again when he turns ^^;;;;

Also, during his fight with the Orcs, he had his casket with him. Where did it go after he was blown up? It shows up again in #23. *scratches head*

I'm sure there was more blips in this eps but can't remember them all.



Grave's appearance The text in the link pretty much explains itself. Now as to Grave having his clothes blown off, he faced off with some Orcs at the subway station and some purple blob came down from the ceiling and tried to blow Grave up. This was the outcome *thud* This is what Mika and Lee sees when Grave starts walking towards them. The camera zooms from his waist and then pans up to his upper body. *faints*


Showdown on the subway I really liked the posing stance in the first clip.


Lee's transformation Beware, it has spoilers as to what Lee turns into. If you don't want to know or see, then don't click the link or just don't scroll down to the bottom if you do click the link. Also funny how I compare Lee with Alucard since Alucard turns into a spider in Hellsing manga #5. I kinda like Lee's anime version of his form, its easier to comprehend what he is than the game version. You can barely make out just what the hell he was in the game or where his head was located. I think this makes him more creepier.


Lee's end Tis a shame that we are only graced with his hair down right before he croaks.


Grumpy pants I couldn't help but make a cap of Grave's expression. Its a mixture of being pissed off and being grumpy.
