Loved the new OP and ED songs and images. The lyrics for both songs fit so well for the clips and GAH! How can you not love Winry!!!!???

And to those out there that are pissing and moaning about "There is just TOO much Winry in the series, she needs to go away!" The only thing I really have to say to you is PISS OFF! Sorry to tell ya's but her role is just as important as the others.

Fishy, fishy, fishy.....and kitty?

I didn't sleep in very long yesterday when I came home from work, probably cause I went to bed at a decent time and woke up before 1pm. Bubba was going to go into town to make an appt for the car to get new tires (THANK GOD!) and decided to go with him. Also stopped at PetSmart to see if they had these fish tank lights that he's looking to get I think for the 250 gal tank we will soon set up. Since they didn't have what he was looking for, I told him I wanted to go check out the kitties that they have up for adoption. Half of them were sleeping while I'm standing there holding a bag of cat food and bubba is holding the other bag and he goes and starts shaking the bag. I had to keep telling him to quit teasing the poor things and let them sleep. They did have some cute ones but we did happen to see a pretty all over dark grey male cat for $100 and is already neutered. We were joking like we always do when we look at the cats about bringing another one home till bubba brought the subject up again later when we got home and Sam was laying next to the vid chair bubba was sitting in. It would be neat to have another cat around but I'm not sure how Sam would take to having another being in his space. Sam is a very fat spoiled kitty (he's only fat cause of being fixed) and I don't want him to feel as if we love him less cause we have another one around. He didn't take too kindly to bubba's sister's cat we took in for a day a couple yrs ago and that cat was as calm as can be while Sam is hissing up a storm.

*sigh* Would be nice but I shouldn't get my hopes up.

So the lady at PetSmart told bubba of another fish place to look for the light he wanted and we headed there afterwards. We had a feeling as we were getting closer that it was the same place we went 3 yrs ago when we bought some big ass rocks for our fishtank we have in the living room now. When we got there, the building looked new but the setup inside was close to the same. We found out its the same place but they just moved up a street from where the older building was. The place is called Dallas North Aquarium and the tanks they have set up in the wall, WOW WOW WOW!!!! The 3 salt water tanks were awesome and they also had a freshwater tank set up but you wouldn't believe how neat it was. It was filled with lots of plants and just the whole setup was mind boggling. Both salt and fresh are pretty but the salt is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more expensive to setup and take care of. I wouldn't mind having our new tank like what they did with their freshwater. Teheheheheheh I even saw a Dory fish who did like to hide (and of course plenty of Nemos), and the angel fish that had the scar on his face in Nemo (can't think of his name since I STILL have yet to see the whole thing). You couldn't help but want to press your face up against those fishtanks and just drool over them, they were so awesome.

I never met someone like bubba who was a nut over fishtanks. At one time, yes, while we were still in the Army, we had at least 4 tanks in the house we lived in. Bubba even had a tank set up in his barrack room before he moved off base.

Now we only have two tanks. The 110 gal thats already up and running in the living room with 45 small fish and then the recent 250 gal tank that we did a trade with a guy he use to work with (the dude wanted a smaller tank). This 250 gal tank is HUGE and heavy, I can barely help bubba lift the damn thing when we try to move it around (yes, its empty). Bubba is also making the top for the tank, pretty nifty I must say. I'll have to see if he has pics taken of any of the tanks so I can post them.


Welp, seems like this week is shot to hell on even trying to work out. I don't like traveling very far if I don't have to when it rains, so I didn't go yesterday morning. Can't go this morning cause of taking the car in for the tires and it doesn't pay to work out only two days that I might as well do at home.


Still didn't get any writing done last night, BUT I did manage to transfer all my files on the work compy to my laptop so at least the work compy is clean of junk.
