Wolf's Rain

Since I missed last Sat's eps, I finally got to see it tonight. My thoughts.......I think I'm in love, more than what I felt when I watched the subs. Sure the storyline is a bit fucked up to me and kinda left me scratching my head at the end, but I'm hooked. I was quite pleased with the voices and hearing Spike's VA doing Darcia's voice, veddy good. Toboe's voice I think is just right for the young boy/wolf he is. (even though its a chick's voice *amazed*) Its great hearing Gene Starwind's VA doing Hubb, I think I love Hubb more than before and the relationship with Cher to me takes on a different grasp than the sub. (its the tone of the voices) I know the near end of the series regarding Cher and Hubb, I think I'm going to have a bawling fit hearing it dubbed. I probably sound sadistic when I say I like to hear the male characters cry, and knowing how I like Hubb's voice, I think it'll sound good. Still kinda iffy on Hige's voice but I know it'll grow on me. But all in all, they seemed to really have put alot of thought and work into the dub, the casting is great.

I'm still just really taken with it. Definitely going on my dvd list for June.


WEEEEEEEEE! I can't wait for next Sat night's Inuyasha regarding Shippou. Looks cute and I'm so glad to see IY being shown again that AREN'T repeats.
