Had a pissy day overall so you'll get a pissy entry from me.
Internet was down just about all day. I first thought the strong wind we are having might have messed up the connection somehow since it seems like when it rains, the connection is pretty shitty then too (and this is with DSL). Plus bubba's scanner (the kind that scans the dispatches to medical, ff's, & cops) was going off the fritz with so much static every so many mins, nothing came in clear. Bubba called SBC this evening to see what it all could be. I know he was messing around alot with the router when all was said and done and don't dare ask him questions about what all he had to do cause you're likely to get your head bit off. And he wanted me to call them this morning *pffft* yeah right, with all that he was fooling around with, there was no way in hell I would've understood what I was being told on the phone.

I understand that its winter. But I feel that if we are going to have winter like temp's, it NEEDS TO STAY COLD/WINTERY DAMN IT! Wed it was 75 degrees, today was 87 w/ VERY strong winds, and by the time evening came, the temp went down pretty quick. We're getting that Canadian cold front that is supposed to hit later tonight and stay all weekend with the temps at the low to mid 30's to low 40's during the day. This warm shit is enough, it needs to stop. But I guess the only good point of this with the warm winter, we don't have to run the heater as much or have it set too high.

Yeah....so ummm...for those that have skipped out on watching the fillers, I don't blame you, I'm beginning to think I wished I would've too.

The only GOOD thing about the whole entry, we got our total back in regards to income tax and I'm still shocked over the amount (no we didn't get the check yet). No complaining here, thats for sure. much more than last yr! I also got my yr'ly eval at work and got my raise and bonus. The raise was still the same % and the bonus went down 20% this yr for everyone. I told my super, I could care less, just as long as we are still getting money, that's all that matters than no money at all.
I was going to use a pissy icon but I lovelovelove my new Ace icon and seeing that makes it all better.
Back to the grinding stone of writing/finishing smut.
