WEEE! Its Akon time again
I might as well make this entry now since I really won't be online much unless I can get hooked up in the hotel room, plus I'll be there later today anyways. I just can't believe that its actually con time again. The last time I really thought of Akon was when I sent in my pre-reg back in Jan. I look forward to it this yr cause of the new spot they are having it at(well not "new" for the hotel, just for Akon to be held there) and I think its going to be much bigger with convention room which will be a relief. I look forward to everyone coming such as:

the 3rd set of those Capsule figures I collect
whatever plushies they might have that I would want
and anything else that might catch my eye
Full Metal Alchemist:
Artbooks and whatever else catches my eye.
Dvds:
Witch Hunter Robin #4
Last Exile #3
Hellsing #2 & #3
Fruits Basket 1,2&4
Though the only ones right now on my mind is WHR and LE.
I think that this time, I'll try and focus my money on commissioning art in the Komiket area and the auction. Sounds like a lot of good artists are going to be there.
I can't wait to also cosplay as Tsunade and maybe get the time to dress as Alucard, hoping that my hat will fit over the wig I have to wear.
Why do I have a feeling I better not blink too much or this weekend will be over before I know it?

At least this yr FINALLY there wasn't any drama. I think drama is caused by those that need to grow up or let things bother them quickly during times like that.
It would be nice if there was a way for you to make it to Afest this yr though I know it won't be possible.

Ditto that. I wasn't sure if I was going to get the chance to really meet you since I never saw you at Afest last yr when you met everyone.
And meeting you, talking to shan, and seeing your LJ puts it all together for me.
And yet I didn't scare you away? *lol*
As for the hentai fest, the long line, the wait, and what they were showing didn't appeal to me. Ushicon's '03 hentai fest was the best one I ever went to. Just wish I knew all the titles they showed, especially the one that they cut it short, the subbing was horrid yet I really liked the storyline (I can remember a little). I heard its hard to find and to even get the true title to it. I asked the person showing it after the con through email and they were like "derrr! I don't know." >__<
