Thought I'd go ahead and post this now since I'll either forget or will have something else to mess with tomorrow. Its hard to believe that Trent Reznor will be 40 tomorrow, just the idea of him being 40 and looking what he does now..... *is ded X_____x* Makes me wish I could find a man that hot at that age *laughs*

I was going to write and post certain parts from the SPIN magazine article on him today but I'll do that sometime this week when I have more time.

Yesterday was such a tiring day. We got what we wanted at PetSmart instead of having to travel to North Dallas Aquarium. So by the time we got home, I thought I'd take a small nap before #1. mom would call or #2. bubba's friend from the fire dept. and his family came over for a cookout/swimming. By the time I got ready to lay down, mom calls and was on the phone for about an hr and during that time our company came over. While the food stuffs was cooking (mmm....pork ribs), we chilled out in the pool and hot tub and damn if that hot tub doesn't tire one out. It was partly sunny with a good bit of overcast but we still got some slight sunburn. I was soooooooooo tired by the time 8:00 rolled around though it was good to see that everyone else was feeling the same way. After the company left, I was going to take a nap then and wake up later to watch Sun. nights Adult Swim but I knew that no matter how many times I'd be setting my alarm clock, I was not going to be able to stay awake. Forced myself to go to bed when bubba did and even though I was out like a light, I STILL woke up around 4am. I hate going through these sleep moods every now and then. All in all it was a good time aside from the sleep problems this weekend.

Not quite sure what I want to do a write up on next, some crazy family shit or my rant. I think the family stuff was more whacked so I might work on that tonight. *Oi vey!*

Yeah, that's what I said too when I found out about his birthday about five years ago (at the time I was of course thinking "holy shit, he's almost 40!"). And if I'd been born nine days earlier, TR and I would have the same birthday, exactly 20 years apart.

I hope Meathead makes him a really great birthday card. Something snarky (of course) with lots of "over the hill" references, perhaps?

Its just hard to believe that back in the 90's he was in his 30's and all that time, I thought he had to be in his mid 20's. His age even caught my older sis off guard when I told her and she's 35, she thought that he was around her age, not 40.

That was my reaction too when I saw he had an upcoming bday in the SPIN article, I was like no fucking way! (and my older sis said the same thing too when I told her that). So yup, 1965 was the yr he was born. I envy those that can still look good when they get older.

I couldn't agree with you more. And its kinda shocking that he still looks this good considering the drug & drinking problem he had. I'm glad to see that he's turning his life around and making it better for himself.

I second that one for sure. All the recent pics I found of him, I just couldn't quit oggling them.

I found some other pics of him, I think this was taken around '99 or so, I recall seeing the photoshoot pics but couldn't recall the date. I wish these were bigger though, I soooo love the double pants, torn crotch thing going on.
