Thought I'd make a quick entry before we head out on the road and make our 26hr drive to Pennsylvania to see my family *weeeeeeeee!!* I just wished we had a car like the Jetsons, it would make it so much easier to make trips like that and faster to PA, Houston, and work. Hubby and I take turns and normally pull over in VA to take a 3hr nap (last yr that didn't work, we did that in TN and slept a good bit cause hubby just didn't want to wake up)
Finallly got everything packed but didn't get done till around 1:30am while watching the taped new eps of DBZ from the past two days. The thing about being away for a week and a half is missing my cat Sam. I wish we could take him with us but I can't see bringing him along between getting him out of the carrier to go potty and constantly hear him meow cause of being locked up. Plus mom would have a fit if I show up bringing the cat with me. (not that she doesnt like them). My sister in law is stopping by to feed him while we're gone but Sam likes to have company w/ him, he's a fat attention hog.
The thing about driving is the LONG ASS drive through TN. We have to start from one end of the state to the whole way to the other end. I hate driving through that whole state cause it seems like we never get out of it and the cops are very rude (that is if you get pulled over for speeding *lalalalallala ^_~*) Two yrs ago when it was my turn to drive at night, I drove 12hrs straight through TN and wasn't tired one bit. Just wish that it works for me like that again. I'd rather drive at night anyways.
I can't wait to see my 4yr old nephew Ethan who is like a spitting image of chibi Zechs and to see my brand new, almost a yr old nephew Dylan. I got Ethan into DBZ awhile back and now I think its time for something new. I might get him into Zoids, the one that has Bit, Harry, Lena, etc in it, I think he'll like that. Besides he needs to get out of his Power Ranger kick. I like being the influential role model of an aunt to these boys even though right now Dylan is too young.
For the most part, ppl can still email me or contact me through messenger cause I'll be online when I'm at mom's plus I'll be updating my journal there too.
Almost time for hubby to wake up, clean out the truck, and get ready to head out for this trip. See all you peeps later!
