Music musings and stuff
Have to head over to my s-i-l's this morning/all day so I won't have the chance to check email or reply to comments till I get home, hopefully I'll be able to come back tonight.
Also have to work B&BW Sun. morning for re-ticketing and Tues evening as well. Working Tues will totally fuck my sleep schedule for sure. I have Mon off my reg. job cause of the holiday and Tues will be like my Mon in which I don't go to bed till the evening. Now I'm either going to have to stay up extra late Mon night so I go to bed later or figure something out since I have to work B&BW at 6. I have to get some sort of sleep before I head to that job.

Music things:
Found a link to UVERworld's Timeless cd. Pretty damn good stuff and I never thought of them to be like hardcore rockers when it comes to the background music but quite a few of their songs have that feel. I LIKE IT! They would totally be a band I would love to see or if a convention got them to be the band as a guest, I would so totally be there.
Saw a vid to Foo Fighters "Best of You" and since I always liked their stuff, checked something out online and I acquired the new cd "In Your Honor". I didn't know it was a 2 disc'er but its neat on how they created it. The 1st disc is more hard edge and the 2nd disc is more acoustic. I had to laugh at how they describe the new album:
one heavy as fuck, the other subtly laid back.
Just so weird when I think about Dave Grohl and the accomplishments he made. You'd never think that the semi quiet drummer of Nirvana would be where he's at now. He had so much hidden talent, I'm glad to see it bloom like it did, especially the singing part. I never knew the guy had a set of vocals on him.
If I have time on Sun or sometime on Mon, I might work on uploading UVERworld and I'm not sure who all on my flist like Foo so I'll probably upload a song or two from them.
