I went ahead and deleted the other entry since I didn't really offer much. So some of it will be repeated but that's easy to ignore.

Appearance of Zangetsu
Kira,Momo,Renji + Hitsu&Momo while Kira and Renji watches them. Kira and Renji cracked me up yet its kinda scary since this almost nails the characters down pretty well. And Hitsu is just as silly.
Cut ending. I cut the ending in half to where I wanted to start. I noticed after watching it a few times that they added a few smaller things in there like Renji ready to fight Bya, Momo holding Aizen's letter, Aizen taking off his glasses, etc.
Rukia's ending song with Renji and Ichi as the background dancers.

Renji- We sing enough in the main story. And today my throat isn't feeling too good.
Rukia- I was singing more. Byakuya-nii-sama!
Renji- Hitsuagaya taichou and Aizen taichou!

Renji- Taichou! Why are you confirming it with Rukia? Please sing as much as you like!
Rukia- Yes! But what an odd combination of people.
Ichigo- What a dull trio...
Aizen- How rude. At least say...a passive adult charm.
Renji- Adult? How about that person there?
Hitsugaya- Say what?! Got a problem?!

Backstage clip from above. Another part I'd like to know what was being said since it seems they were poking fun at Renji. Also the shuffling of their circle with Bya, Hitsu, and Aizen makes me giggle.
The sparkly music. Ending song with Aizen, Bya, Hitsu as well as Gin's "Hallelujah! Goodbye!" song. Before Gin starts his song, he seems to bag on Bya, though I'd dying to know what he said to get Bya making that "wtf ever!" face. Plus those background shinigami's are pointing at something in regards to Bya.

Orihime boobies. I couldn't stop laughing at the guys reaction to what she was doing. I was wondering if they were going to give her a tad bit bigger breasts for the 2nd run.
Tuti rapping. He's doing the song that he and Kira does, hence Kira's actor laying down dorking around with the song. Tuti's hip thrusting keels me dead, my gut hurts from laughing so hard.
Ichi & Bya playing with swords. My god, Ichi's actor (Isaka Tatsuya) is so freakin adorable and a goofball!! And he just gets cuter every time they do these musicals.
Aizen no glasses. With Kira being a dork.
Byakuya - "Can you hear me now?"
I'm sure that Gin is talking smack and I love Hitsu's comeback as well as Aizen wanting to kick his ass.
Isaka Tatsuya (Ichi) and Moriyama Eiji (Renji) being total dorks.
The extra dude mocking Gin and Chad mocking Kira.
Look behind Renji, he has steam coming off his back as he's talking to Kira. *lol*

Thoughts/rundown of the new musical.
Big improvement! Stage props, character props, the singing, and more. They did a good job with Renji's sword and Ichigo's. Renji's has more of a curved fang at the very top. Course considering how long they've been performing, I would hope it'd get better.
New songs and of course they brought Kira into this 2nd musical. New story settings too: Chad and Ichigo's meeting when the bullies were beating up Chad; Momo visiting Aizen at night; Kira, Momo and Renji, more Momo and Hitsu moments (which was way cute with Renji and Kira watching them and acting like goofballs), the appearance of Zangetsu (which made me laugh my ass off when I saw the dude dressed as him in the backstage clip), hmmm...I don't recall this from the first one but this time they show Urahara with Benihime.
I like the 2nd musical but for some reason, I tend to lean towards the 1st one more. I don't care much for the 2nd's version of Renji/Rukia's flashback. It's setup different than the 1st and it feels very dull, same goes with the ending of the musical (aka. ending of eps. 32). As I was explaining to the roomate that both the RenRuki scene and the ending scene doesn't have the emotion that the first musical had. I can watch the ending of the 1st muscial as well as eps. 32 and shed tears over it every time but with the 2nd it's like "eh, whatever, we've been doing this enough so let's just get this over with."

RenRuki scene and before the flashback starts, it has Renji talking to her after he escorted her to the tower and told of her the invasion of you know who.
As weird as it sounds, I want to say that the 2nd has less singing in this one but maybe both musical are equal. *shrugs*
I also put up some screencaps here. Feel free to make icons and whatever else if possible and if ya do, please share.
Finally got this done. Overall it took about a week just to edit and upload, hence why I won't re-up the links.

I don't dabble in yaoi and as picky as I may sound, I'm a Renji/Rukia shipper (the only pairing I really ship in Bleach to begin with). I'm not saying that this might have a pairing oriented RPG but I thought I'd let you know ahead of time.
What kind of RPG will this be? (setting wise) I haven't partaken in anything like this in 6yrs so I might be a bit rusty.
