Yeah, I think I'll dread it more once I get into the middle age bracket. I guess it's the idea of not wanting to get old that kinda gets to me.
Well at least we got to do something I wanted to do on my actual birthday. For the past 4 yrs or so, I never got to since he always left for A&M the day of my bday or the weekend of my bday and those so called "fish fry/late bday party" never counts since there was never anything "birthday" related behind it since it took place a month after and no one brought me gifts or cake. There may have been only one time while we were living out by the lake that it was birthday themed but that was about it. So I'm glad that my 30th was much better.
