FINALLY! Finally, Finally, Finally! season 3 of Avatar tonight! I would've forgotten all about it if it weren't for NickToons having an Avatar marathon this week in which they were also going to air the chibi clips that I had set to record. I LOVE those chibi clips, poor Sokka just never gets a break, especially with the swamp skiing and constantly losing his shorts *pinches chibi butt cheeks*
Though I won't be able to watch the new eps since I won't be home but I do have it set to record. I'm hoping I can get some free time on Sat. to watch it.

Last Sat.'s Charity Ride for the Troops was something else! WOWIE! I never seen such a huge convoy before. And it seemed later on we picked up a few more riders since the line seemed much longer than when we first started out. It was neat cause they had it set up to where the cops in the towns that we drove through would block traffic for us. Once we got to the main place that had the food in Nolanville, when we walked into the establishment, I thought it looked awfully familiar. I mentioned it to bubba but it didn't ring a bell to him till I figured out the name of what the place used to be called. It used to be a club/bar called Sandy's and we would go there from time to time (more bubba than I especially when I was in Kuwait) and we went to their Halloween party where bubba dressed up as a huge baby. Talk about funny to see a grown man in a bigass diaper and baby slippers. The place has long since changed hands/name and is now a BBQ place. The food was good and OMG!! probably THE BEST coleslaw I ever ate!!!
That whole ride was definitely quite the long trip both to and from. On the way home, I started to doze off and was afraid to get too relaxed or I would've fell off the bike. I'm just glad I didn't ride my bike for this.

For those who didn't hear or read about it but word has it that Death Note will be airing on Adult Swim Oct. 20th at midnight (EST). Hmmm...I wonder if that means that Bleach will air at a different time or will be running on repeats since that is the time slot Bleach is on now. Come to think of it, as hard as it is to believe but they are almost done with the SS arc before the shitty fillers start. >_____<

The other day on Cinemax, they were showing a movie that perked my interest when it was first released at the theaters. And after watching it, it's actually not a bad movie though its silly in a dorky way. It was Tenacious D "The Pick of Destiny". I always liked Jack Black and he makes me giggle with the shit that he does. This movie had alot of cameos from known actors like Ben Stiller, Tim Robbins, Meatloaf, Dio, and...... Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters) as Satan. *laughs* I thought the voice sounded familiar when he started to sing but was like "nah, it couldn't be" till I saw the credits. Though I am wondering if that is a body suit he was wearing cause his upper body was pretty cut O__O.
I liked the music so I searched for the album and dl'ed it. Though the thing that sucks is that the tracks aren't very long. I uploaded it for those who want to give it a listen. Heed the warning label on the cover, there is alot of swear words and Satan talking about having KG as his love bitch. *laughs*

I like the album too, very kickin! Though I wish the songs were longer cause really the album is too short for all the good songs on there.

I've been tempted to check out some other stuff by the band but I'm going to see if I can't find a dl somewhere for it.
I also dug out my OP discs that have the movies and specials on it. The only movie I realized I don't have is #6 (why I don't know, I'll have to see which one that was and what kind of format it was in cause if that's the case of it being a different format other than avi. I don't keep it). Do you want the specials too including the previous New Yr and the shorts when it had to do with sports?
