I agree about either the repeating or slagging when it comes to writers. I use to like Dean Koontz books but after awhile I found myself being bored of his works. My older sis who got me into reading King's stuff (and she had the older Koontz books too) told me of another good author that was recommended to her. I have to ask her again as to who it was though.
