Sheesh, where to begin.
For starters, I can't express enough love to my bubba for what he did the other day. He surprised me by ordering a laptop and we got it in the mail on Monday. I didn't think he had it ordered already but its still a surprise to me even though I knew eventually he would've done it. Its so new that I'm afraid to touch it, ooh plus it has a dvd player which will come in handy.

wardove also finally got my belated bday gift in the mail Monday. And since I had to keep hush hush about the small package I got in the mail last week (cause part of it was also her gift), I can finally say what I got. I bought my 1st Wolf's Rain pencil board and I see that the #2nd one is out to buy but I'm not paying $4.75 for fucking priority mail for something that weighs a bit more than a feather. I can see paying $4 for the board but not the shipping. I guess I'll wait till Abel has it on his site and pay reg.1st class mail for $1.95. So yeah, I also bought an extra one for Dove as a gift. I didn't realize how many pencil boards I have already since Dove said she was thinking about starting to collect a few. So I checked mine out and have 7: (3) WK (3)FMP! and (1) WR. I seen a few Naruto pb's that were cute, not sure if I'll get them yet.
And I have no clue how I forgot about this special important gift that was given to me the week of our wedding anniversary/VERY late bday gift. My Italian artist friend Stefy drew me the most GORGEOUS lifelike pic of Sexy!Trowa who's giving the most "come hither" look while stripping off his jacket *drool thud x__x* Now I'm soooooooo anxious to see her Kiba pic once its completed.
I also like to express a huge thank you tolinadragon for making me (2) Naruto icons. I adore Konohamaru (Hokage's grandson) and his little group of friends so lina did an icon of them with Naruto and then the one that I'm using now with Moegi. I'm glad the kids had a small part in eps 26, I can't stop laughing everytime they try to disguise themselves as a rock when they try to sneak up on Naruto. And speaking of Naruto, I wish VIZ would get off their lazy ass and get the damn manga out in book form.
Then I got bit with a damn plot bunny yesterday morning with a cute idea for a Naruto fic. *sigh* Something I don't need right now. *dons Elmer Fudd gear and goes hunting for Evil!plot wabbits*
WOOT! I finally got me a pair of new work shoes Sun night but another reason why I hate shoe shopping, I either::
#1. can't find the same shoes that I'm replacing
#2. see a certain pair that I like BUT don't have it in my size
#3. see a pair in MY size yet feel a bit loose so I go and try on a 1/2 size below that and it fits a bit snug around the toes. So I end up just having my shoes a bit loose, if I didn't go that route, I'd never leave the damn shoe area just trying to find the right kind.
Speaking of shoes, I still need to get a good "comfortable" (yeah right) black boots for my Alcuard costume. My list of stuff that I still need for Alucard are::
- red contacts
- yellow shades
- white gloves
I just hope Rose and I can manage to work with the hat and fix it up a bit to make it look decent.
For once it seems as if the weather man was right. It just feels wrong having it this chilly at night. Plus I wish the damn wind would die down, it would make it less colder. But the way that everyone else is getting shitty weather, I knew that eventually we'd get hit with the cold front too.
I guess after I wake up from my nap today, I'll work on packing my doujinshis and cleaning up my compy stand. I do know I will be selling a few doujinshis both GW yaoi/shounen-ai and some 1xR djs as well as the one WK dj and maybe whatever else I'm willing to part with other animes that I have that I'll part with shamelessly. I'll update it in my journal when I get around to sorting through them.
I just wish I could find some decent STRAIGHT/normal djs of Naruto. I too just don't understand the "attraction" of Kakashi and Iruka. Just cause Iruke was embarrassed and blushed when he asked Kakashi how Naruto has been fairing with his training and admited that he hasn't been able to check up on Naruto cause of being busy, does not mean that he's falling in love with Kakashi!!! *grumble snarl!!!* I can't even find a half decent japanese art site that doesn't have some sort of connection with KakaIru plus some of the art isn't all that great. I have yet to still sort through all the links I came across.
Naruto and Hellsing doujinshi's I like to get a hold of but between finding the good stuff and having money is holding things back. I guess thats a good thing though, I'm already making a list of what to look for at Akon when it comes to both of those animes as well as Full Metal Panic!
*sigh* So I might as well as end this with another Naruto quiz. (and I didn't have to cheat either)
