EEE! Was giddy when I saw it was out Thurs night. I made sure I got some viewing time in before I left for work this evening(even though I did burn it to take it with me), too anxious not to do so.
Its cool to see that this time it was focused with Kiba's team (I'll just call them that since it wasn't stated who was the leader) and of course seeing Gaara's power.
So far I like each group of kids, they have their own thing going for them.
Like Shino makes me laugh how he's the "bug person" being able to understand bugs. But is it me or does his voice sound a little too deep for a "teenage" character?
Kiba and Akamaru: To see a kid being able to communicate with his dog is cute, plus Akamaru is a kick ass pup. It was so funny to see him that scared and climbed up in Kiba's coat. Speaking of clothing, the outfits are odd. Some are dressed as if its summer weather and others are dressed like their fucking freezing. (aka winter coats or just coats in general).
Hinata is a sweet girl and I look foward to seeing her true skills. And hope that eventually Naruto might get a clue about the girl who has a crush on him *lol*
Of course I rolled with laughter when poor Naruto is so confused as to what the hell is going on. I mean come on, humor the boy, can't help it if he was knocked out during it all.
Sakura I noticed seems to be getting soft with Lee but I wonder how long that will last before he pesters her to annoyance ^_~. Lee's eyebrows in this eps was just down right silly, I couldn't stop laughing when they showed his face up close.
Sasuke had a cute expression on his face; thoughtful? caring? (i can't think of the word I'm trying to describe) when he looked over at Sakura when she was telling Naruto about what happened to her hair. You just have to watch Sasuke's face to see what I mean.
Now to the baddies.
WOW! I didn't think that Gaara was such a sadistic bastard but that sand move is pretty funky. I was kinda shocked to see that the rain of blood was black and not red. I know that in the one volume of the manga I downloded (sorry cant think of which # since its at home), there is a tournament going on. Gaara is supposed to go up against Sasuke since thats who he wanted to fight. But can you imagine how that will be? (I only skimmed it, I'm not done downloading the rest yet) Knowing the power that Gaara has and knowing what we've seen with Sasuke now cause of that bite mark, both are a deadly match and I can't wait to see the outcome of the fight, that is IF they are able to finish it as long as no one or thing interupts the match.
I can't wait till next week's eps, especially with Naruto's sillyness. Makes me wonder though, what REALLY is in those scrolls.
Today I hope to have my Alucard costume completed. The alteration lady said my jacket should be done today so all I have to do is finish my hat and most likely look for a black wig now since I don't want to blow money on that black hairspray stuff. Then either Sun or Mon, work on ironing the symbols onto Alucard's gloves, work on forming my fangs to my teeth and that should be about it, aside then from having to do the dreadful thing as getting ready to pack for AKon. I HATE packing clothes!!!
