I won't say too much about it cause I don't want to jinx anything but we most likely found a buyer for our house and we are working on signing the pending contract this morning. The couple came and checked the house out on Sun and they are really taken by it. Course they got a few gripes about the area but hey, thats not something that you can fix. Now the only thing they are waiting for is the contract that someone else has on their property they are selling to go through with the payment and then its all set on our side of things.
Bubba has been sending me links to houses to buy alot closer to work, they are really nice and hope that if and when we get the chance to check them out that they are worth it. Cause if the selling of the house goes through, we'll be closing out on ours the end of Oct and have to be out by early Nov.
