Well I survived the day yesterday and the night at my sis's house. The only thing is wanting to smack my father's dad around for being so feking RETARDED!!!!!!!! Granted the prick is in his late 70's and senile as HELL but he needs to get a grip on realizing just WHEN us kids were born and NO we didn't meet his father nor my grandma's father if they were still alive in '62. HELLO! I was born in '77, THINK THINK THINK! I think I'm regretting telling them I would stop by before I went back to Texas cause I hate that man but I don't like to treat grandma wrong since she's only married to that man.
Once my sis picked us up from the farm and went to her house, I wanted to take my walk around the block so my 5yr old nephew wanted to go along. We left the house around 3:30 and didn't get back till after 5. Plus with it being Winter Solace yesterday, made it get dark earlier than normal so we tried to make it back before it got totally dark. I'm quite surprised that Ethan was a good kid on our walk. He seemed to open up to me and tell me the reason why he wouldn't answer my sis when he wasn't talking to her when he got off the bus. Seems like he was pissed cause I was supposed to be there when he got off the bus, NOT mommy. *sighs* I just wonder what these boys are going to do when I leave?
Dinner with stuffed shells was GREAT! But I only watched some of my Blow movie later in the night, couldn't stay awake to watch anymore. Took a nap on the couch later after dinner and woke up to see my nephews carrying on with my sis on the floor. That woman is so brave to put up with two young boys especially when they were on a sugar high. (daddy was at work).
ARRRRRRRRGH! I wish I could say I'm on a manhunt to whoever gave me their small cold. I just KNEW that I wasn't going to leave here clean. I did have a semi phlegmy cough (which kinda hurts my chest) earlier today and the throat is a bit scratchy. Been downing tea with honey in it to see if that will help me a little. Plus I could start to feel my muscles aching so sis gave me a cold tablet early and must say its doing its job. But like she said, while waiting for me at the airport, there were oodles of ppl sneezing, coughing, etc so I'm sure I got someones germs there. Plus the loser sitting next to me on the flight to Baltimore sounded like he had a cold. I should've worn my respirator mask regardless if I looked like a dork but at least I could say I was taking precautions to my own health. That hot tub at home sure is sounding good right about now. Oh well, at least my Shannon icon can enjoy his hot bath.

jurty *hugs and kisses* Been too long to see any art of my fav pair, but seeing the art in production makes me smile and try to forget about my cold.
THEN the lovely artist of Solid Etc., the japanese Hellsing site finally sent out their X-mas art pics that we can sign up for and they would email us the pics. I got all 3 pics: Alucard and Integra, Old and young Walter, and yes as it may be a shocker to some a very nice looking Anderson pic. These ppl above have made my holiday worth while for the time being.
The weather really needs to make up its mind what it wants to do, the way things are going here I would've thought I was in Texas. Today got in the mid 50's and its still a bit warm tonight. Then they are calling for a chance of rain for the holiday and then get cold again. *grumblesnarl!* All I can say is that they DO NOT need anymore precipitation here in PA, its wet, muddy and its so hard for things to dry up cause of this wet weather. Its just icky! But it is a shocker to see the creek behind my sis's house up for a change. Last yr it was near bone dry only cause the bourgh in town are too damn lazy to fix the hole they have in the dam in town.

For the rest of the peeps I sent packages out to that weren't priortiy, I HOPE to hell you guys got them by now! I can't believe that its taking OVER a damn week for them to arrive!!!!!!!! Holiday shit my ass!!!!! No package that is going anywhere in the states DOES NOT take over a week to get there!!!!!! If anything 3-4 days and that isn't using priority either!
Enough of my prattling for the night. Already got done watching all of my Witch Hunter Robin 2nd dvd and might tackle on finishing a fic before bed.

I'm glad that your package came so quick, considering I ordered the items Friday night.
I'm also getting over being sick.
And I also have to deal with my in-laws for the next two days.
And other then Last Exile, I've not been able to watch any of the other DVDs.
We're so close, yet so far!
