Already started off to a pissy morning when I got home and checked certain things online like I do every morning I get home. I knew I shouldn't have clicked the link but when this person makes a post about something, sometimes its like a train wreck, she annoys the hell out of me but just can't avoid it. So I'm trying to get over on what I read, and thought, what better way to put me in a good mood than to read the silly Gungrave chat Dove and I had yesterday morning. OMFG!! I laughed so hard, I had tears in my eyes. We're evil, I know, but this shit is better than any MST'ing out there. Then reading over the silliness that was abound last night regarding the GW kids meme on Wicked's lj. That made me smile too. Now I can go to bed less irritable.
Oh and
wardove, if you want a copy of our chat, let me know and I'll send it your way.
Checking out my icons again, I need some new ones, just gotta think what also to get rid of. Perhaps when its time to renew my paid LJ account in April, I'll look into getting more icons too.

I was flipping through bear's copy of Newtype USA magazine and I know I saw something about Gungrave in it. Unfortunately, bear took the magazine back before I could investigate further. [pouts]

Its the 2nd pic with the green background.
And if its the same issue I'm thinking (Nov. '03 issue) this was the article about it (even though it was small)::

When I saw the cover for the Nov. issue, I was happy when I saw the word Gungrave on the front but was a bit disappointed on such a small area regarding it. I'm sure they will expose it more once the dvds are released.
You should've smacked Bear's paw as she was reaching for it ^_~

I did manage to snag it back from her.
It's the Feb 04 issue.
Unfortunately it's just a two page spread (pg 102-102) entitled "The Man who Conquered Death". Not near as indepth as the article you highlighted. Nor are pictures as hot. Eh...
Still...that makes two mentions of Gungrave in Newtype USA. Not bad...not bad. I can't wait to see it.
