*squee!* My internet was down last night so since I didn't feel like writing any of my fics, I decided to give my Gungrave game another try. Lost count how many times it took for me to kill Bunji but I got passed that again!!!!!!
I'll put the rest behind a lj-cut cause of other things I'll be mentioning in the game.
So when it came time for me to face off with Big Daddy again, I FINALLY learned how to move in so little space and to time things right. Not only that but when he uses the torch, if you stay close to the inside of the ring, you won't be hit. When he uses his machine gun, if you stay on the outter part of the ring, the bullets can't reach you. I never thought I'd be able to take this bastard down. I think the hardest bosses to kill are Bunji and Big D.
The alien head was the easiest thing to kill. If you back up enough and just keep shooting in its direction, it doesn't take too long to kill it off. That took about 4 tries in order to do what I did.
All this time I was thinking when Grave gets to Harry, that even if Grave shoots him that Harry will come back too. I'm just shocked that Harry didn't, I would've thought he would taken a Necro-rise shot too since he wanted power so bad. But then what would've been the use if Grave was still going to kick his ass anyways.
The ending was okay, I mean I don't know what anyone else would expect. It was nice to finally see Grave out of his costume. Grave and Mika pack things up and he's checking things over one last time while she's waiting for him on his motorcycle. He hops on and smiles at her and they drive off into the sunset, pretty cute.
Now my thing is, will they give him a motorcycle in the anime or not? I have a feeling they won't.
Now that I have defeated the game, time to go back and play it again and see if I can't beat my score and time it better.
