Naruto Special

Thanx to wardove for telling me about the special on Fri when she asked if I ever heard of it. I finally got around to watching it yesterday and I have to say that was the cutest and funniest thing I seen in a good while. Made me feel 10x's better than the mood I was in last week while reading up about a certain con.

This special had 3 of my fav things: Konohamaru, Naruto, and KAKASHI!!! (finally!!!). I missed Kakashi's excuses as to why he was late. It was so cute to see Konohamaru having a crush/blushing over the girl he liked. Its an odd thought but I can pic Kono coming to Naruto as they get older and have him be his mentor. Naruto has made the kid open his eyes to a few things while the other has done the same to Naruto as well. Also leave it to Kakashi to show up at the right moment when it comes to someone almost getting skinned.

Watching this special got me thinking. I know its wrong to compare it to what I'm about to say, but its not comparing the two anime, just for the way things have been created for the series. Naruto makes me wonder if they are going to work this like what they have done with DBZ. DBZ of course as we all know is a long ass series. I can see Naruto being just as long (since there is no end in sight yet). Plus DBZ also created movies out inbetween eps. Makes me wonder how often we'll see these Naruto specials? I have a feeling that there is more to come with this. But its all good, more Naruto for me to watch, can't complain about that ^__^.

Speaking of Naruto, this weekend I found Naruto keychains at Planet Anime. They had Kakashi, Naruto, Sasuke, and Iruka. I got a hold of the Kakashi chain, but I had a hard time deciding what I wanted. Then Sunday I found Naruto pins at Pop Kulture but it was only Kakashi and Sasuke (which of course we should know which one I got a hold of). Plus I got a Heero preventer pin so my Relena pin (with teddy) isn't Heero-less when I wear my pins around.

UGH! I got so much shit to do before getting my shit ready for Akon since I won't be going home after work Thurs morning. I didn't get much sleep yesterday evening for my nap and I have a feeling that I won't get too much either today since I need to get my ass in gear. I hate doing this last to the min shit! *smacks self around*

Damn addicting music!! and hentai quiz

I found out that Type O Negative has another new song out for download. This is the 2nd song they realased for the fans to hear. The first one was The Dream is Dead and after hearing that song, I thought that this was the end of TON as I knew it. I wasn't very impressed with that song and hoped that the rest of the album had better ones on it. Needless to say I was blown away when I Don't Wanna Be Me became available. I couldn't stop listening to it and I still can't. Hence why June 17th needs to get here soon!!!

I also hope that sometime THIS YEAR, they will be coming to Dallas again, if so, I'M THERE with bells on!! I just afraid to think that this might be their last album as a whole. All the guys in the band are now married and are starting families while Peter (the singer) is still out on his own. I just don't see the guys wanting to tour or produce music as much because of their family so poor Peter will most likely start another side band to keep himself busy. It will be a sad day for me in the music side of things if this happens, TON is such a unique awsome hardcore band that I would hate to see fade away. They were never popular on the airwaves which to me was semi of a good thing but then it sucks cause they never got much airtime or recognition for the work that they had done.

Ehhh...... Wolf's Rain 17

What the fuck? Yeah so much for the "Oh they are going to have a 4 week break in between 16 and 17." Then why is #17 out and #18 is already posted on the Wolf's Rain japanese site??? Either the creators had a brainfart for creativity for upcoming eps or this was all just talk.

Either way, sounds like another recap. I still haven't watched #16 because of that and I doubt that I will either since I'm not missing out on anything.
