Calgon oh Calgon, where art thou

I just realized yesterday just how much work I have to get done around the house before this weekend. And even if bubba were here, I still would have the same amount of work to do. I started painting the trim around the windows back of the house yesterday morning and realized that it could wait along with touching up some spots in my bathroom till later.

The things I have to do before Fri is::

- kitchen floor and left over dishes

- vacuum the living room along with my room and the dried kitty puke

- pick up my room a little and my computer stand AGAIN!

- clean the shower/tub AGAIN! (how much I hate that job)

- put away my HUMONGOUS pile of clothes and clean the nightstand and headboard

- fill water jugs for the fish tank

- sweep the entrance way to the house and the carport

- wash the car

- give the cat a bath

ARRRRGGHH! So much shit to do with very little time to do it in. I can start a little when I get home from work as long as I don't waste all my time on the compy before I take my nap so that gives me from 9am-10:30 to get some stuff started. Pending on when I get my ass out of bed (which I've been striving for early again but its failed) around 4pm I can do a bit more till 7. The only thing I have going for me is that the yard doesn't need mowed yet (and for those thats been to my house know how huge our back yard is) *sigh* How I wished I had Naruto's ninja skills such as the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu and create enough of myself that could get all the work done.


Question to those that have to do alot of cleaning as well. What do you recommend to clean stained tile in the shower stall? I tried bleach, I tried Mr. Clean, I tried Soft Scrub and it still doesn't look like it gets rid of the icky stuff. I'd hate to have bubba caulk the edges again before we put the house on the market just to cover those stains. I can never keep up with cleaning it!!!! *pulls hair*

Sorry to those thats tried to contact me on AIM or haven't seen me around lately. Its been acting up since this past weekend but I did get your bday message guardianhunter before it cut off on me Sunday night. I also haven't turned the messenger on at work for the past few days cause of being tired and taking some naps when I didn't have any work to do. I do hope to be online sometime soon this week.

My birthday stuff

First off I’d like to thank those that sent me birthday wishes either on lj, ML’s, email, and chat. Even to those who said that the stuff they are working on will be late.

Hmmm. . . I guess I can take bubba being gone all week a birthday treat to myself even though it is weird not having him around this long. I think it bugs him more than me whenever one of us goes away for a certain amount of time. You’d think the man would die if he doesn’t see me for a freaking DAY!

I received an errr. . . blonde joke birthday card from bubba and yes, it did take me a bit to understand it while bubba is laughing at me. I told my sis on the phone when they called Sunday and even she had to think about it for a little (and she was born a blonde, I wasn’t).

I got a semi surprising phone call Sunday afternoon when I got home. We have caller ID so I knew it was my sis but it wasn’t her that was on the other end, it was my brother-in-law wishing me a happy birthday. It feels kinda weird when Brian does nice/sweet things cause when you look at the guy, you wouldn’t think he could be this way. Aside from being shocked that he was the one on the phone, I think I was even blushing. Then he was picking on my sis when she told him that “beck isn’t going to know who it is on the other end if you just say happy bday.” That’s when I told him we had caller ID so I knew it was one of them calling and as he recited it back to my sis, it was more like “HA! I told you she would know who it was.” Then my sis got on the phone and goes “as you should know by now that your card will be late as I’m sure mom’s will be too.” See, I know how my family functions. I got her card and mom’s card on Monday. Mom’s card was cute with the classic version of Winnie the Pooh on it and my sis, as always, sends me silly cards. Her card said::

I decided to upload a pic of my "scary" brother in law Brian. And the two adorable kids that he and my sister had produced (which we still wonder who they get their looks from) Dylan will be 2 in Oct and Ethan (who use to be my chibi Zechs) is 5. These pics were around X-mas last yr.
