Here we go again.
The 2nd shift guy was telling me about how we have to stay our full shifts at work, meaning he can't leave at 11pm or so once I'm there, he has to stay till 11:30, I'm supposed to stay till 7:30, etc on down the line with the 1st shift chick.
EVERY FUCKING TIME one of my co-workers is always making it bad for us. This time, it was TC's fault again. Not to toot my own horn but I've never did something so stupid to piss off my super, its always been the other 3 that I work with.
Steve (my super) has been having a problem lately with TC taking over an hr or so for his breaks and goes roaming about the building instead of staying put where he's supposed to be. And what kills me, is that TC is at least 6 yrs Steve's sr when it comes to how long they've worked here. TC was given the super's spot before but he turned it down, didn't want the responsibility that comes with it. So w/ TC doing what he wants to do has been pissing Steve off hence why he's punishing US in the process. I'm sure I'm going to get an ear full of it tomorrow night since he was going to let me know whats what in person since he sent all of us an email about it.
I'm so sick of this shit! Why not do your job and do what you have to do or say what needs to be said to TC, why bring us down with his problem??!! Its not our fault that he thinks he can do what he wants, I already know thats not possible.
I know this isn't going to stick very long, it never does, maybe about a week and then we go back to leaving when we do. Steve claims that by staying to the very end, gives that person time to tell the next person on shift whats what. It DOES NOT take a half hr to tell someone, especially if nothing has been going on. Hell, the next shift person is already in, why does one have to stay longer and just do nothing aside from staring at each other, its not like we're up and leaving the area unattended to.
I'm so fucking tired of this place feeling as if I'm in high school again, ever since I worked here its been that way. For the most part though, I believe its Steve's fault on that matter, I couldn't stand him the moment I started to work here and he talks down on you like your a fucking kid who can't comprehend words. I get so annoyed by him, I learn to ignore him, pretend that I hear what he's babbling about no matter how many times he has to repeat himself while rewording things. Just learn to nod your head and agree.
THEN the 2nd shift dude was telling me how Steve wants to give us a lesson on using the calendar in our Outlook, have it setup so the others we work with can gain access to our calendar to see whats going on. First off, half of us don't fucking use it! Its what a calendar, made out of paper, in front of our noses on the desk is for as well as fucktards desk. He can preach about it all he wants but who's to say I'm going to use it? And who GIVES A FLYING RAT'S ASS what kind of appt's Steve or our other higher up has going on!!!!!!!!!!!!??? We don't work their position nor do we attend the meetings/appts they have to go to. ARRRRRRRRRRRRGH! I swear this place is making me NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to interact with these idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
