Decided to play some more Gungrave while waiting of the 2nd airing of Home Movies on AS last night. I've been stuck on killing Bear Walken for about 2 weeks now. Well all I can say is.........................NOT ANYMORE BIATCH!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised the crease to my right thumb isn't calloused yet for the way I was hitting all sorts of buttons to move. I FINALLY figured out just how to get Bear down, dive left and right while shooting as Bear wheels himself to run you over. I had a teeny tiny life showing in my bar and was striving SO HARD to kill Bear before I died. I swear I was waiting for my heart to leap out of my chest I was so fucking happy.

The Graveyard Finisher to kill Bear and to see the cool graphics were breath taking. The animation in this game is just awesome.

Sadly though, my next boss up is Bunji and I fight him right away, no minions to get in my way first *sigh* This is going to be a bitch since Bunji is similar to Grave when it comes to moves and shooting, PLUS Bunji can restore his life bar unlike the others. *bangs head on desk*

WOO! Time to get ready to work out, haven't done that for over a week and I can feel it *slumps*

After a long night of making love the guy rolls over and is looking around, when he notices a framed picture of another man on the night stand by the bed. Naturally, he began to worry. "Is this your husband?" he inquired nervously.

"No, silly," she replied, snuggling up to him.

"Your boyfriend then?" he asked.

"No, not at all," she said, nibbling away at his ear.

"Is it your dad or your brother?" he said, hoping to be reassured.

"No, no, no!!!" she said.

"Well, who is he then?" demanded the bewildered guy.

Calmly, the girl replied, "That's me before the surgery."

Wow! It goes to show just how long its been since I watched the series again.

*still trying to catch breath*

This eps is no exception of what is to come, building up to the future eps and a true end.

Not going to say much (unless someone wants a spoiler if they don't mind hearing what happens) except::

#1. smiled, coo'ed and ahhed at the Blue and Hige moment.

#2. I always find it funny when Tsume has to carry Cheza, considering what his feelings were towards her earlier, its funny to see him willing to help her.

and

#3. The surprise ending to this eps.


I will say WARNING!!! if you get emotional from time to time either about characters or what goes in in a series, HAVE TISSUES HANDY!!!!!!!!!



Must say #28 is looking mighty interesting.

Wolf's Rain OST #2

Another great soundtrack to this series. AND we get a chibi wolf Kiba on the cover of the cd *squees!*

I'm going to have to look and buy some Steve Conte's stuff, I LOVE that man's voice and its brings so much emotion out in the songs that he sings.

Must put that on list for cds next since there isn't enough good stuff out in the stores to buy even though I'm sure I'm going to have to order his cds on his site.

I knew he and his brother looked familiar, after reading his bio and what bands he played in, I was like "OMG! I knew not only his name but his face looked familiar."

Finally got around to typing up the small 2 page spread of Gungrave from the Nov'03 issue of Newtype. Also check out the eps. #15 caps I made. The look a likes that I picked out in this anime so far is silly yet I can't help it.

Also did a little searching for pics and ACTUALLY found a few ppl who cosplayed as Grave. I'm in awe, especially wondering how they made the casket. I'd love to have the Cerberos, his guns, but they are pretty steep as how Alucard's guns are. I think the kit I saw on a japanese site was about $200, alot cheaper than the $400 some moron on ebay is selling ONE gun for!! Come on!! One gun for $400, you're on fucking crack!

Cosplayer #2 The only thing about this, is that their chaps are a bit too yellow. I think a light tan or a white color would fit the costume better.

Not much to say really for eps. 15. Its title is called Harry but I think it should've been called Crazy Harry. We also see the the new dead Brandon/Grave look. I'm hoping by the time eps. 18 comes out called Grave, it will explain what all they might have done to Brandon's body.
