SNARK!!! and a GIP

URGGGGH!!!! I'm so fed up with our cable provider regarding our internet and cable. We've been w/out a working net connection since Fri. and bubba called them again last night to see what is up. Apparently, they are thinking that the modem is bad now and lord knows when the fuck they will actually come out and switch the damn thing out. Hard to say if they work on the weekends PLUS with the holiday on Mon., I'm not holding my breath. Yet if they are on the ball, that will surprise the hell out of me.

Seems like those recently on my friends list who had modem problems has rubbed off on us ^_~.

Also I came across something Fri night while checking things out on a certain list that has/had me furious. I said a silent prayer that its sad that I have to stress out about this shit online instead of worrying about whatever RL things going on and that I should just take time out away from the net. Well thanx alot silent prayer gods, why the HELL can't you work on my other silent prayers!!! Even though I try not to focus on what pissed me off since it IS my community that I created, I have every right to rip some fucking heads off!! So I'm sure I'll be making such a wonderful, lovely, cheery post either Tues night at work when I have more net access or if the cable ppl actually do their fucking job before hand. I'm not as pissed as I was Fri night but still pissed enough.

So just a reminder,wardove, if you could, be the top mod for the place till I get things straightened out on my end.

I realize my life doesn't not evolve around the net but damn it, it gives me something to do when I'm bored around the house. Even though the laundry does need put away and I could use that free time to finish some fics or try drawing something again, we'll see how productive I might become.

This is the best time to GIP my new Kurz icon, so appropriate for the way I'm feeling right about now.
