babaca said. In fact, just a few mins ago I went to get something to drink and the security dude was telling me about it snowing. I was thinking "yeah right, I don't see it." But then I stepped out the front doors and saw it flurring. Yes, I call it flurries cause its not really a constant fall. PLUS its melting as soon as it lands so thats a good thing, its kinda cold but not really cold enough for it to freeze (crosses fingers on that, I WANT to go home at 11am, not stay here all weekend). When I left for work after 10pm, it was just misting, not really raining at all. This past afternoon, bubba's bro in law and bubba's friend from the fire dept in Chandler already said they had at least 2inches on the ground (and thats East Tx). It sounds weird hearing that. I hope we don't see that though.
And the killer part is how they are calling for 50 degrees or so by Sunday, so really, I'm not worried about this stuff. Just as long as we don't get the shit we got last Feb, THAT was a bitch! But I now have a laptop so if I'm stranded at the hotel across the street, at least I won't be bored.

So I was wrong about last night when it first started snowing. Now that its lighter outside, it did stick but mostly to the ground, not so much on the roads (and for the most part, I hope not, I don't want to drive home in this shit!!!!!!!!). It stopped snowing for a bit and now it started up again, nice fat flakes are falling. Hubby even took pics of it too this morning, said the cat has been freaking out about the white stuff on the ground as he looks outside the window. I told him t let him outside to see what he does even though I know he won't stay out there for long. I'm sure my sis and family are laughing it up back home, saying how its about time we get the shit they've gotten EXCEPT we still have decent weather here for the winter unlike up north.
The worse part of all of this. I had to place a service call to IBM which I DID NOT WANT TO DO!!!!!!!!!! I was hoping this god damn printer would just fix itself after a few shutdowns but nooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lord knows how long its going to take a fucktard to show up just cause of the weather and I don't feel like staying here at work any longer than 11am. Extra OT hrs or not!
