I'm quite shocked no one has brought this up to anyone's attention. I read about this a few weeks ago when they were talking about a case that was going on in Louisanna but since they don't have a law against sodomy, they could do nothing about it. Now what brought this to my attention was seeing it on the local news yesterday evening. I was actually kinda shocked by this, but leave it to Texas to push this into affect (which I'm sure really won't go no where)
Sodomy Law
It does piss me off how they think that they can rule as to what goes on in our own homes. Last time I checked, this wasn't Nazi Germany. Now granted, I could see prosecuting someone if you pull a George Micheal and do this out in public but in your OWN HOME!!!??? its fucking obsurred. After reading the case about the gay couple in Houston, I think someone knew they were gay and wanted to get them caught in the act somehow, but still, its your own place, in the privacy of your own surroundings. Its bad enough that certain heterosexual ppl are hating other heterosexual ppl just cause of the gay bashing and such that they do in the outside world. What the fuck is this world coming to? Why do we have to focus on laws like this when you got sick fucks in the priest hood fucking around with young boys. And parents locking their children in closets and neglecting them. Why can't we focus on the more criminal cases out there to worry about putting the hammer down on the truely sick fucks in this country.
