Saw this commercial on tv tonight and thought I'd pass the link on to those who'd like to take a look.

Its amazing what ppl can do to train dogs to help those in need. I'm not a dog person/lover but after looking at the pics and of the puppy golden retriever, I'd love to have one for a pet, I also heard that retriever's are supposed to be good natured and mild.

If you want to see a pic of one of the puppies, go to the Menu bar, then to Dogs and then click the Foster Puppies section. Just take a look at the site in general and donate if your the kind to do things for special needs, even the Store section has got adorable stuffed animals for sale too.

I've raised 5 guide dogs for the blind since I was eleven, and it was so much fun :) There was another couple in our puppy raising group with a golden retriever pup named Camden, and he was an intelligent airhead :) He ended up being dropped from the program because he was distracted by leaves and other falling items.

But one day we were all sitting at a table, and watching this dog. There was a leaf about twelve inches away from him, and over the course of 15 minutes, he reached out with his paw, and slowly dragged it back to him, and was eating it before his owners could correct him.

Wow! Thats pretty good and in some ways, it does sound like it would be fun to do.

*lol* Awww....poor Camden. Thats just too funny regarding the leaf.
