Neji's hair being longer, he being NICE for a change to Hinata, training with his uncle, I guess being on your death bed changes a person such as he.

kiba: When she saw him surrounded by his luggage, she was like, woah, almost couldn't catch her breath...

As for my question regarding the Hokages:
I take it that they appoint a Hokage regardless if they are alive? Since it seems like the 1st and 2nd were teamed together (or am I wrong on that?) Then you got the 3rd and THEN the 4th was appointed even though the 3rd was still around. How does that system work? Anyone?
