I've seen this excuse used way too much lately in the news.
Today on the local news, a 19yr old Tyler girl was abducted late at night when she was getting off work at Walmart in the parking lot (the security cameras have the footage of the guy chasing her to her truck). So the guy kidnaps her, they found her dead body in a ditch 400 miles west and he ends up being caught in a robbery in AZ.
One of the comments the news person said was how this guy used to serve in the military, blah blah blah military.
Soooooooooo............just cause he served time, that it makes him a good guy cause he was in the service? WHO GIVES A FUCK!!!!! He is a criminal HELLO! You shouldn't be praising that he was in the god damn military.
Will that make me a better person if I commit a crime and they say "oh well, she was such a good girl, never did harm to anyone, served in the military." Will that get me off the crime I had done??!! HELL NO! I'm so sick of seeing these excuses, it doesn't make that person any better than a reg. criminal.
I read some ppl's comments about Scott Peterson after his trial that knew him. "Oh he was such a good guy, did this, did that, he'd never hurt a fly." And of course some more added bullshit to make him look like a god.

I swear to god, if I have to see one more post about Naruto being licensed and will be airing on Foxbox or where the fuck ever, I will go postal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There should be a rule on that community that unless its OFFICIAL and posted somewhere OFFICIAL, keep your fucking trap shut. Any discussion on that matter shouldn't be allowed till the official word comes out. Man I'm so sick of reading it nearly every single month.
This gripe brought to you by the news and my father-in-law pissing me off.

#2. That makes sense regarding the license part. From the talks of it, sounds like Bandai might actually pick it up. If thats the case, then I'm all for them doing it. I didn't know that about FoxBox, did this change just happen? I could've swore that the last time I saw One Piece it was still Fox but then again that was back around Oct or so.
I wonder if 4Kids know just how much of an ass the anime fandom as a whole makes them out to be?
