I saw the Amber Alert on the lighted highway signs on Sunday about the boy being kidnapped. I haven't watched the news so I didn't know what was going on. I came in to work tonight and saw the headline on the paper (before the findings), and THEN came across the update.

Death Penalty all the way baby!! And if he doesn't get it, then SOMEONE is cracked! Besides, Texas doesn't take these cases lightly unlike *coughScott Petersoncough*. This asshole should've thought twice before committing that crime, especially in this state. This is also far from claiming "insanity plea" and I will fucking FREAK if they give him that option.
One of the main reasons I wish they didn't do away with the electric chair. I feel as if the injections are letting the criminals off too easy.

That is beyond sick.
I just...can't fathom his "reasons." I look at my two nephews and niece and could never even contemplate such a thing. My blood boils just hearing/reading this. *shakes head* Sometimes I seriously wish I didn't have such a detailed imagination.
It's times like these that I wish I had the power to punish these people the way they deserve to be punished.

I think this happened in mid to late Dec, some nut job mother cut off her (I forget how many months old the baby was) child's arms with a knife. I forget what she claimed what made her do it. There has been reports of really weird things that she's done before such as her leaving her house, walking down the street with her 7yr old chasing after her on their bike yelling for their mother to come back. That poor kid had no clue where or what she was doing.
It's times like these that I wish I had the power to punish these people the way they deserve to be punished.

What kills me even more is how last week that asshole's new wife had the nerve to say "I don't believe he did it. He is such a nice man and is good to his two kids." HELLO fucking idiot!! He admited that he did it AND showed the cops where he put the bodies, YEAH reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeal innocent I'm sure *rollseyes*
Did you hear or read about the nutbag mother who I think did this mid Dec early Jan, that cut off her so many month old child's arms? Boy if that story wasn't enough to make you wanna vomit and then strap that bitch to the electric chair.

Anyway, if he doesn't get the death penalty, Texas law states that murder *whatever count is irrelevent* is charged at the maximum (aka: life) in prison w/o parole.
