Bubba was bored tonight so he decided to hang out in my compy room while I was on the verge of playing some more DMC. I was doing the Phantom Baby secret mission extra and he kept getting on my case about how I couldn't kill 100 babies in the alloted seconds they give you. So he decided that he would try to defeat the mission. Lost count on how many tries but he did defeat the mission, realized that its quicker by shooting at them. (I had almost at least 3,000 orbs though I'm not sure if I still have them after I quit the game)
THEN the puppets show up and thought, well, I'll let him try and take them down. That sum'bitch activated a certain move on Dante that had me yelling "how did you do that???!!!!!!!!!" All I know is that he held down the guns on automatic mode and all of a sudden, Dante has this electric bolt zinging the puppets down in no time flat. Again "how did you do THAT!!??"
Bubba: I'm not telling you.
I doubt that he even knows just what the hell he did. Then he went out in the hallway and told him to try and avoid Phantom and just head to the door on the left. Well he got too excited of what was going on and ran past the door and had to face off with Phantom. He did take him down but it nearly killed Dante in the process.
After that, I kinda lost the mood to actually want to play the game since it was soon time for me to head to work, so now I'm just gonna have to wait till the weekend. Though if anyone on my flist can give me some tips on how to take down Nelo Angelo, that would help me out greatly.

The graphics are pretty decent for DMC. Its taking a bit for me to get use to since I'm not that much of a gamer and what little games I have played, the style of graphics are much different.

Had a feeling thats what happened. I took the TenTen OVA with me to work to see how it would play on that compy. Oddly enough it played better than mine at home. But we'll see, let me know how it played for you, I'll still get the file from ya regardless.
I may or may not be around tomorrow evening, if I'm not overly tired once I get back from bowling and shopping for a new monitor, (*dances* got our income tax money finally) I'll check to see if your on. If not, I'll be around on Sunday.

Man, Nelo Angelo is a toughie. I recommend having the stinger move before that fight. He mostly does combos with his sword but occasionally he'll throw a blue fireball. You can tell when he's charging up for the fireball attack so either roll or jump out of the way and then stinger him. When he's doing the combos with the sword, avoid them and he will get tired. Hit him while he is tired. Just keep doing that and you should be okay. Oh sometimes if you try to slash him when he is using his sword you can block his attacks.

Hahaha, I don't think he knows what he did either! Now that you have alastor your can hold down the fire button and your guns will charge up with electricity.

If you've made a lot of money you should save your game. That way if you decide to quit and come back you won't lose anything. That happened to me TOO many times!

Its more like it irks me cause here he is, a beginner and he's accomplishing more than what I am.
You should've seen us a few yrs ago. He was playing Odd World on his compy and he'd play it while I helped him out by being his other set of eyes. I asked him if he still had it and if it was still compatible with the newer comp's cause if not, we could get it for my PS2 *lol*
Hopefully it won't take me too long to defeat Nelo. I haven't had much of a chance to play it lately.
That makes sense now regarding why he was charged up when shooting.
I can only hope that it did save all of that.
