Another crack series and last night's South Park

I have 3 series that finally ended and always manage to find something to replace it/them. When I first saw the preview for it 2 weeks ago, I wasn't sure what to think. It looked like one big mind fuck and after watching the 1st eps, it still looks like it might be one big mind fuck. And just that one eps I'm already hooked on Speed Grapher, another Gonzo production. Saiga's voice almost had me believing it sounded like Miki but its not and Saiga's actually not too shabby in that rough looking way that is still sexy in its own right.

Not much on the story yet but it seems like its going to be pretty interesting already. And I find it funny that they are playing Duran Duran for the OP theme (though its fitting if you think about it).

Anyone watch last night's South Park? It was a new one where Cartman thought he was dead cause ppl were ignoring him. Little fat bastard deserved it for what he did, especially in the beginning with the KFC chicken. >___< So the boys decided "hey, lets just ignore him." so they do and not only does Eric think he was dead for certain reasons, but the other kids at school who couldn't stand him ignored him too. The conversation with the one kid to Stan & the others was funny::

Craig: Hey I hate Cartman too, can I ignore him with you?

Kid behind him: I never realized that ignoring him was an option.


I was also a bit surprised that they actually showed Cartman's mom being banged from behind by a black guy. *lol* Seems like poor Butters was the victim to Cartman, having him believe he can see dead ppl. Still have yet to finish watching what I taped but I had to ask.

Yeah, that "banging scene" was pretty explicit. Had to laugh at Cartman hearing his mother's moans and thinking she was grieving for him. *snicker*

Re: Speed Grapher - sounds interesting... Might check it out after I finish and figure out Texhnolyze ;) The voice of the main character hasn't done a lot of major roles yet but I think he was the voice for Frank in Argento Soma? If this is the same guy - he has a nice voice, that I remember.

I never got to see Texhnolyze though I know Wardove did. Heard it was pretty messed up.

I heard of Argento Soma but never watched it. This guy's voice is pretty sexy hence why I at first thought it was Miki cause they sound almost alike. I just wish more Speed eps would hurry and come out, I've been anxious since the ending of the 1st.
