Feel so >__< today. Wanted to write up two different posts to two different places but got sidetracked last night by watching more Bleach and actually writing some more to my 9 page going on 10 page fic. (are you happy smartycat??!! Look what you made me do :p , I've created a monster that won't end *sobs and strangles fic*)

Along with feeling >__< I just realized that April is soon ending, I can't even keep track of the days again. They are also calling for 85 degrees today >________<, though some rain and a slight "cold" front in the evenings for the weekend. It'd be nice to have SPRING weather, not SUMMER *starts swinging arms viciously*

Though two things that did perk me up & amused me:

Speed Grapher #2 is out *yeeee!*

and seeing a Culture Club vid for the song "The War Song" and Boy George wearing a bright ass red curly wig and wearing some very amusing outfits.


Now I only hope my >___< mood doesn't prevent me from sleeping well this morning/day.



Ooh... System of a Down's new one comes out on the 17th. I already heard one song on the radio, I'm curious to see what the rest is going to sound like.

I wish I could have a 2nd job so I could use that money for the stuff I want to buy but with working 3rd shift and being picky about what side jobs I will or won't do, isn't making it easier for me. Plus hubby said that as much as it would be nice to have a side job, it would only cost us in the long run when it came to tax time.

I was SOOOO HAPPY when I got done complaining to you about wanting new eps of DD, eps 8 came out and then when I got back this past weekend, I saw that eps 9 is out too.

I started to download a few eps of Keroro though I watched #5 first since that download got done before I could get a good seed for #1. Seems like a silly little series even more so knowing that they are frogs. So who is the afro frog that they show in the ED credits? It is funny to hear Alucard as that frog though I still have yet to get the eps that has him saying those words to that girl, I can imagine its a hoot!

Do you still keep up with Naruto? I got burned out after seeing too many ppl on my flist talk about it so much its getting old and I still haven't watched anything since eps 109. I try to keep tabs of the manga, I download it though sometimes I forget to read it.

Ah! Afro Gunso...basically, it is the Sgt. It is an afro-mimi mode or something. The author has a thing for the fro. When they got the contract to do the anime, this crazed 70's fan called Dance Man did the closing theme and gets to be a character in the manga and anime.
Another thing you will notice is the odes to Bandai- they make puns and jokes on the 'old school' otaku-ness. Like in ep 56 they had a tennis battle and Keroro dresses up as the main villain from Aim for the Ace- very old school anime from the 70's. Like I said, the 70's rock in this anime.
Also, they poke into other manga in the magazine they are published in: Shonen Ace, which I am addicted too- has Evangelion manga published in it. >^.^< So some episodes will have a Rei or Eva background.

The only bad thing is- there are really no fansubbers anymore. The original team quit, but the group is keeping it on hoping someone else will pick up the slack. So 95% I have is raw Japanese. I'm missing some eps here and there- need my mIRC to finally register so I can go snooping through the Raw cariers.
The episode where Giroro has to tell Natsumi that he loves her was either 37 or 38- but it will probably be Volume 11 before they say something in the manga and 10 just came out in Japan not to long ago. Of course being weird me- I ordered the Rare edition that came out a month before the others. :D But it came with a cool figure! -_-;;;
I can send you a copy of the Raws if you want. Probably take 2 DVD's when I catch up. I have 11-56 with a scattering of missing ones. The stories are so off the wall that missing some doesn't mess it up to bad. Just want them...my crack...along with DD.
I think it is time for my medicine. *bounces off*

This series sounds like total crack. The animation to the reg. ppl reminds me of another series but can't put my finger on it.

Thats odd why the subbers basically stopped.

Sure, that'd be cool if you can make me copies of the raws. Do you happen to have the very early beginning eps still subbed handy? I can not find many seeders for 2-6 (or 7 can't remember what the sub was up to at the place I found it). I have 1 & 5 thats about it.

Also forgot to tell you- Jouji Nakata gets to sing an entire closing to himself. Strangely wild...and somehow cute.
