I was going to post this, this afternoon when I got back but we had some hellacious storms come through and kept knocking the power off.
GUH! I was so freakin stuffed, it was hard to breath *lol* In regards to the luncheon yesterday the food was GREAT! The meat, the sushi, the udon noodles, their fried rice (probably the best I ever had), and the dessert (taramisu homemade) just thinking about the food makes my belly want to burst but it was just so damn yummy and so worth the price. The place is called Aija in case anyone who visits or is in the Dallas area and want to try it out. Its actually a few blocks down from where Akon is held.
We all walked over from bubba's work and when we walked out the door, I just realized that the Adams Mark hotel that Akon is held at is right ACROSS the street from his work. That would soooo come in handy for me and parking if I were to go to Akon for a day next weekend, would save me a lot of money by parking in bubba's work garage.
So when I got back home from lunch, I piddled around on the net before the storm hit like in a matter of mins. I didn't even know anything was going on outside till I noticed the internet was acting up and I looked out the window and I could've swore a tornado was coming through for how strong the wind was. Not long after, just from that wind, the power kept going off, coming on, going off and finally stayed off. Then the torrential downpour started.
This really sucked cause I wanted to go to bed but without any fans or the AC on, it would've been uncomfortable. So I decided to just lay down in my compy room by the window, thank god the breeze was cool. I didn't even realize I fell asleep till bubba got home from work and told me to go lay down in our bedroom since the electric came back on. I never did get up early to watch LOST but thats okay, I did record it so that will only add up the suspense for when I get the chance to hopefully watch it in the morning. Now I don't mind spoilers for anything but this is one series I'm avoiding any talks of it till I actually watch it.
They are calling for more storms from now till the end of the week and the only thing I can say is, I hope it rains its ass off, we really need it.

*LOL*........... hmmm... *sends cold rains down to TX* With your luck, by the time it gets there it will just be a sticky vapor and not cold at all. tee hee hee....

And the hotel being across the street from your husband's job is very very convenient.
Yeah really, just too bad I'm not going to the con this yr.
I still have yet to watch that eps of LOST though I heard it was enough to make me throw things, making us wait that fucking long till next season >__________
