This was from a conversation between my older sis and I.
Sis: Man, two more yrs before you hit the big ole....
Me: Whatchu talkin crazy for. I'm only turning 25.
Sis: HAHAHAHA! You wish! And to think that I use to change your diapers. That almost makes me feel old.
Me: Well......just think, you have a few more yrs before you turn.....40!!! *evilgrin*
Sis: HUSH!!!! Hey, you're never told old for a spanking you know. In fact, just you wait till you come home in Sept.
Me: I guess I'll just keep my distance from you then.
Sibling love, gotta dig it.
I was quite shocked that I even got my bday card from my grandpa a day early yesterday. I'm surprised he remembered considering he's 85 yrs old. Though I'm not holding my breath on either getting a card or getting it late from my older sis. Mom is kinda iffy, sometimes she remembers to send it out on time or I'll get her's in the mail late too still no biggie really.
I don't expect bubba to get me anything, only cause I consider the NIN tixs and the recent Gungrave dvd part of my bday gifts. But knowing him, he probably has something up his sleeve. And I always feel bad when he does stuff like this cause truth be told, I really don't do much on his bday. I blame that on two things: his bday is in the winter and you really can't do any outdoor things cause of it and #2. he's very hard to buy for even though he always says "I drop you hints all the time, you need to write it down." *rollseyes* :P
The added bonus for a late bday gift to myself is bubba going away for a whole week starting on Fri since its that time of yr again for his fire fighting schooling at College Station. Though I always say how nice it is that he's gone for the time being but I do actually miss him. You should see the way he behaves when I'm gone for just as long.
So if you need me, I'll be over here hiding under the covers trying to get away from the age fairy.
