Catching up on manga and anime

FMA #52 - Words can not express just how much I lurrrrrrrrrrve this manga. Screw the anime, this is what SHOULD'VE been animated damn it!!! Bradley makes me wanna do stabbity things to his evilness GRAH!!! Now to see what kind of predicament Roy is going to be in. Mei-Chan and Scar are just so adorable and I'm glad to see Scar portrayed this way in the manga than what they did to him in the anime.

Scar: *sighs* How in the hell did I get dragged into this??!! I don't see Babysitter written anywhere on my body.

Mei-chan: I wub you *clings*

Envy scares me more and more, same with Hoho papa. O________O


Gantz - WOO! GO ME! I FINALLY got off my ass and caught up on reading 200-216. AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! Is the creator trying to kill us over this series or what??!! I even spoiled myself on reading and looking at the scans for what the raw of #217 was about. As Joey from Blossom would say "whoooooa!" *cries happy yet sad tears*

Now if I could only catch up on reading where I left off with Beck "Mongolian Chop Squad", I'll be good to go.

Anime

Speed Grapher - well the series has finally come to an end (24 eps). I guess I'm okay on how they ended it though I still think certain things still weren't covered and bits and pieces did feel rushed but still felt wibbly at the end in a good way.

Basilisk - For those that don't know, its the samurai/ninja series with the characters having way bushy eyebrows but some can still pull off the hotness regardless. I swear to god I must be a closet sadist. There is death everywhere in this, good side and bad side, characters who I DON'T want to die but is fated anyway. I'm not really all that interested in this series but its one of those that, well, if I already got this far, might as well see how its going to end. There's so much shit that went on recently, I can't wait to tell you about it wardove. I'm actually afraid to see how it will end.

Last week I dl'ed a torrent that had a bunch of Orange Range music. I didn't think anything of it till I heard a song last night and had to think why it sounded so familiar. I only heard of OR from Bleach but after I realized what song I was listening to, I had no idea that they did the chibi Naruto ED song Viva Rock. I actually like the majority of Orange Range's music. If anyone either wants that torrent or wants me to upload some songs, feel free to let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Started working out at the gym again and hopefully can stick to my routine instead of slacking off like I have been for the past 4 months. Because of that, my body hates me. My shoulders are so sore, it hurts so much just trying to lift my arms past my head. I guess thats what I get for maxing myself out to the point where my arms were shaking all freakin day. Now to see what I can max out for my legs this morning.

I guess in some ways, I didn't notice the quality of the animation all that much, guess I'll keep my eye on it the next time I got back and watch those eps again. I mean sometimes it did have its moments but then again, it is funny how some animes are like that.

=/ But I'm not sure how it could have been changed.

EXACTLY!! Its like its on the tip of my brain but just can't figure out what.

I would like to have seen how nose guard freak got his power, that completely took me by surprise. Plus, how did Suitengu know about Kagura and how did he know what to say to her in order to put her under that spell. I would've kinda liked to have seen the injuries that Saiga had when he got wounded in that war. Seems like the scar on his chest is from that.

Still not sure yet if I want to get the dvd once they finally come out. I heard that a manga was in the making, I'm curious to see that if and when it ever comes out.
