OMFG!! If any of you peeps aren't watching My Name Is Earl, I guess my question is, why aren't you? This show is so much crack and so much love. And having Jason Lee as Earl couldn't have picked a better person for that role. Tonight's eps had me rolling and last week was pretty fucking hilarious as well. I totally can't wait for this on dvd.

Won't be able to check the discs out till tomorrow night since hubby had to use the laptop and I couldn't bring it to work. At least it will give me something to check out since I have to work OT Sat morning. Thanx a bunch!

UGH! I'm in one of those slacker moods again and it totally SUCKS ASS!! I have fics that need completed, new ones that need to be put down or my brain will explode, email my best friend back home now that the holidays are over, call someone back home and find out when grandpa's bday is, finish uploading pics from the Bleach musical & eps. 63, work on typing out my entry for my Plushie Renji Adventures while in PA, take pics of the new gifty I got in the mail the other day, drop comments to my flist, and did I mention about getting my ass in gear on writing again? *kicks self repeatedly*

So much time, too lazy to do anything with it. :(

OMGAH! I've been following those entries you made about the manga and similarities and stuff and just wow! I dl'ed the raw, just didn't get the chance to peek at it yet.

But did any of you believe way back when Ling was introduced that he was being setup as the new Greed? Hindsight's 20/20, right?

I was going to question that, did you think that he would be? I can't comment on that cause well like you, back when I was downloading the chapters to catch up, I only skimmed through each page if that so I never really grasped too many things that actually went on. I DO need to go back and re-read the whooooole thing and let stuff sink in.

I never once imagined that Ling would be Greed. Mostly because I didn't know that even after a Sin had been destroyed, it could be reborn again. (You can thank the fucked up way of making Sins in the anime for that.) If I'd even suspected or thoroughly read through the earlier manga chapters... well, no, I still never would've guessed. It's only been since Greed!Ling showed and that person posted the "hints" in the chapters leading up to Greed!Ling that I've delved into the Seven Deadly Sins.

I knew Lust's position was open, read over a great website with indepth analysis of what each Sin is about and started to realize it applied to Mei-Chan. If that's what Arakawa plans to do, it remains to be seen. But most people have forgotten - Mei's reason for being in Amestris is to become immortal, too.

I highly recommend rereading. If I hadn't brought Vols. 1 - 4 down with me one night to read while I burned discs on the comp, I wouldn't have become so enthralled with the manga. I mean, before that, I was definitely preaching the manga > the anime. I've decided to stop buying the anime. Disc 7 (which has eps 25 and 26 on it, rounding out season one) arrived today and that's it for me. I dislike how the second half of the anime played out, especially after seeing what Arakawa's true vision for the characters is. I'm all about the manga now.
