Ahhh....Kubo Tite, you finally deserve ummm... a huge batch of cookies! This is just based on the text recently posted.
FINALLY! You're getting somewhere again and here I thought we were forever going to be focused for the next 100 chapters of dear wonderful Ichigo and his training. [/sarcasm]
Oooh...you sneaky sneaky bastard Urahara, for, well, I was going to say for tricking Renji like that but knowing how sneaky he is, who knows what that man has up his sleeve. But it makes me laugh that Renji has to be put to work in order to get his questions answered. Urahara made me giggle on this:
Renji: 「You should use your own Bankai then; the more, the merrier! Besides, it isn't like you don't have the knowledge to use one.」
Urahara: 「Look here! It isn't possible for a handsome ero-merchant such as myself to wield such a power!」
But I am curious now as to just what "home" is for Renji while he's there cause it doesn't seem to be at Urahara's (which I didn't think it was to begin with):
Renji: 「Am I supposed to take this as a boon for training!? The heck is this!?」
Urahara: 「Since you refuse to return home, I suppose you'll hang around until you feel more accomplished.」
And the way Hinamori is behaving about Aizen again, I'm really anxious to see just what she might do but her conversation with Hitsu was cute.
Now I actually look forward to reading the manga again, that is until we do have to put up with another 100 chapters of Super!Ichigo. *rollseyes*

Whatever Urahara is up to, I'm sure will benefit someone whether it be Chad or Renji or both.
As for Himamori, she's going to be a key player in this somehow. Since she is still in denial about what Aizen did and has a huge grudge against Gin (she's blaming him for Aizen's actions), I can see her trying to attack or go after Gin. But I also think that maybe Gin isn't really so bad after all and will have an ace up his sleeve. *shrugs*

It totally felt that way. Thats one way to lose a fan's interest if your going to be focused on one character for umpteen chapters. But then again I'm biased and could read anything on Renji no matter how much was focused on him.
Yeah, I'm hoping they show us Ishida soon but maybe Kubo's just building it up to surprise us on how far his papa trained him.
