Today is my momma's 54'th birthday. And she doesn't look a day older than 45. I'm curious though how much more grey she has in her hair.

Yes, you read that right, I will be HOMEWARD BOUND come Sat morning. I'm taking another 2 weeks off to go home this yr and chill out. I almost didn't go cause mom nearly talked me out of coming till next summer. Reason being, with the high electric bills this summer, money's been tight and couldn't afford a plane tix when they were actually CHEAP in July. Bubba and I came to an agreement about me driving up by myself (since he used up his vacation time already and keep in mind, this is a 1,341 mile trip one way). I didn't mind cause I think I could do it but as time got closer, I was starting to doubt myself and it didn't help with bubba being worried over certain things. So all day Sun and part of Mon I was feeling so blah cause I didn't know what I wanted to do, stay here and just take a week off to do nothing or just go home. I told bubba I would make up my mind once I found out how much vacation time I have earned so far come Monday night. After seeing what I still have to use up, I made my mind up pretty quick. I have nearly a month's worth of vacation to still use (191 hrs). Yes, I'm flying and not driving. Sooooooooo.....if nothing happens between now and July, I just may be able to go to Otakon (and home) and celebrate my 30th bday with a bang! and with some of my close friends there too.
I'm hoping to make an entry tomorrow with my plushie!Renji pics that I took of him when I was home last yr in PA since this yr, I'm taking he and Rukia with me.

I wish it were farther along in the fall season cause where I'm from in PA, it's out in the country with alot of trees and thought it would've been cute to put the plushies sitting in a pile of leaves. I don't see that happening yet though. :(

Today will be the last time I see you so make sure you don't stay out too late before I go to work. I also been meaning to ask you about looking over two things for me. The one you already made some marks on but I wanted to go over them with you just so I know what you meant and the other, you can just email the corrections back to me.

Wow you have a lot of vacation time saved up! I'm glad that you're going to have a nice visit with your family. Thank goodness you flew up because your experience taking the Greyhound sound like more than a notion. Gosh.
Can't wait to see your Plushie!Renji this year. I'm sure that he'll enjoy himself especially since his partner in crime will be there too. *lol*
