My daughter reminded me of the date this morning and many of the kids in the high school mentioned it during the day while I pretended that I didn't know what they were talking about. One question: what is the significance of 4/20? I think I remember quaaludes being stamped with a number but I'm pretty sure it was something different.
They were talking about it on the radio yesterday about all the different theories about where it came from. The one that the most had agreed on was that back in the '70's, kids in school would have the code 4:20 meaning the time they were to meet up to smoke once school was out. That sounds more logical I guess but we may never really know. I'm sure whoever did come up with it was probably stoned out of their gourd.
