Rundown of things with pics

I got my Beat Crusaders cds/dvds in the mail this morning. Man, talk about fast shipping. HMV processed my order on the 1st and they arrived yesterday (I didn't get the notice in the mail till late last night). And that came from Japan. They may have shipped it express but I must say the price was pretty decent.

Speaking of Beat Crusaders, I made an entry about a bunch of goodies and I highly recommend anyone to dl the song I have posted. I can't stop listening to it, it's such a powerful, punch in the gut song. Damn I love Hidaka's vocals.

I couldn't help but post this, Sunday's Garfield had me laughing so hard, I had tears in my eyes. I'm sure ALL us cat lovers know this all too well.

Sunday morning we had a massive storm come through. It came from the west so we were right into it when we left the DFW airport to drop off my f-i-l. It got so black and it poured it's ass off. I first thought the clouds were going north but it eventually caught up to us at the house around 9am. The clouds were kinda creepy looking but pretty damn neat.

The pics beneath the cut are what bubba took when the Fire Dept was on storm watch. I'm really surprised no tornado came through especially for how those clouds looked. The lightening show on the way home from the airport was pretty damn cool.

Okay here's the stuff on the dvd players:

L XBR446:

First place the Other Region Dvd in the Player. The the player will display "Incorrect Region Code. Can’t play back" and eject the DVD. When this happens leave the DVD in the tray and follow theses steps:

1. Press the Setup button on your remote control

2. Highlight the Lock option from the setup menu

3. Slide open the cover and press the Lock button on your remote control this will lock your DVD player

4. Then Press the 0 button on your remote control 7 times

5. The player will then say Congratulations! Player(Loader)Region free![Yes]
Then Press Enter on your remote control

6. Then press the Setup button then the Open/Close button on your remote control and the dvd will start to play

7. Repeat step 3 to Unlock the player

Sony DVP-NS300:

These are three different ways to do it. Only one may work:

Code 1

Turn on the unit with the remote controller, Wait until "no disc" appears in the unit's display. Press the keys: PAUSE, 3, 1, 4, 1, 5, 9. And "CODE" will appear in the display. Press the number key that corresponds to the disc zone you want to play within the next 5 seconds:0: All regions / 1: Region#1 / 2: R#2/... and so on. Then, within 5 seconds, press: PAUSE, POWER... and voilà. If you don't have good results, disconnect the equipment and repeat.

Code 2

Put your player in standby mode and then enter: [[0] [ENTER] Default Default region code [1] [ENTER] or [UP] [ENTER] Region 1 [2] [ENTER] or [RIGHT] [ENTER] Region 2 [3] [ENTER] or [DOWN] [ENTER] Region 3 [4] [ENTER] or [LEFT] [ENTER] Region 4 [5] [ENTER] or [TITLE] [ENTER] Region 5 [6] [ENTER] or [DVDMENU] [ENTER] Region 6 [7] [ENTER] or [RETURN] [ENTER] Region 7 [8] [ENTER] or [DISPLAY] [ENTER] Region 8

Code 3

Put player into standby modes by pressing power button on remote control. Then press Title button. Press Clear button. Press Power button.
