I don't know if I ever said this before but let me do so now. I do not like our vet. He sounds mean and harsh when he talks to you. He also acts like ppl can grow money out of their ass and can afford their pet to get checkups and surgeries when needed. Yeah, it's OUR fault that Sam has alot of problems going on with him cause we low life's can't afford visits and $500 dental cleanings. I never saw one person basically accusing the owner that the reason their pet has problems cause THEY don't take them to the vet all the time. It took all I had to hold my tongue when trying to get a fucking word in.
When he gives you the rundown of the results, he talks so damn fast it's hard to catch on to what he's saying. It's like he was in a hurry even though he had no other patients waiting. When I tried to ask questions once he took a breath before he spoke again, I could barely finish what I was trying to say before he starts talking over you. And I'm sure his attitude was stemmed from the not so nice conversation he and bubba had over the phone the day I took Sam in. Sure, I could've checked around to see what other vets were in the area but the first time I took Sam in, I was desperate. Now I learned my lesson.
Anyways, Sam's blood came back good and his pee had a little blood in it but dickhead thinks its a bladder infection cause of not really being able to go to the potty normally. He pointed out in the x-rays that Sam's joints look good, no sign of arthritis and he showed me what it would look like if he did have that problem. Course Sam's got an ear infection again but that's cause apparently, his ears have a problem of retaining moisture which causes a build up of yeast. And, as I quote dickhead in the manner of his tone of voice to me "THIS EAR PROBLEM WOULDN'T KEEP OCCURRING IF HIS EARS WERE CLEANED OUT WEEKLY WITH THAT SOLUTION WE GAVE YOU TWO YRS AGO!"
As anybody with pets would know that it's not an easy task to get your animal to stay still while you are trying to mess with any part of their body. Hence why I'll admit that I didn't do what I should've but then again, I didn't know that it would keep coming back since the problem was cleared up two yrs ago. So now I will.
Sam does look better than what he did this past weekend. It's nice to see him walking around but he still has a slight limp. We have to give him steroids for the disc problem, amoxicillin for his bladder infection, and drops for the ears. Both pills have to be used up till gone. I sure wish there was an easier way to give animals their medicine, especially pills.
And as goofy as this sounds, we were thrilled when he finally pooped the day before. Dickhead said that if Sam is a bit constipated, you can give him 2-3 (tsp or tbs, me forget which) of pumpkin pie filling from a can in his food. That should make him shit. Plus you can put the human fiber powder (any kind) in their wet food and that should help as well. If you need to give them an enema, you can buy the kind you give babies to treat the animal.
You should see the way we handle Sam now or the changes we made around the house to help accommodate him. We had this big litter box with high sides to keep him from flinging litter out. Well cause of his condition and right before we made changes that same night, that bugger walked into the litter box and once he was done, instead of turning around, he tried to jump out from the side. We're trying to prevent him from doing much jumping up or down cause I don't want him to aggravate his back anymore than he has to.
So we took one of my big box lids I brought home from work, put it inside a trash bag and put litter on top. That way he doesn't have to worry about having problems going in and out of it.
The same night when I brought him home, when I got home from work, bubba was still up and was working on something for the cat. Told me to go to the bedroom to check it out. This is what he made:
He took what we had of this board laying around and some old carpet that was in the attic and stapled it to the board. The ramp is so it makes it easier on Sam to get up and down the bed WITHOUT jumping (though bubba said he did catch him jumping off the bed the other morning). It's funny cause Sam was already on the bed that night when bubba placed the ramp beside the bed and I was laying on the floor at the end of the ramp trying to get Sam to realize what the ramp was for. He got up, walked halfway down to me, slowly turned around and walked back up. At least he knows what it's for, I hope cause we aren't awake when he either leaves the room or comes back.
So that's the scoop for the time being.

The other day I was watching what I recorded of Classic Albums on VH1 Classic channel and they were showing the Sex Pistols "Never Mind the Bollocks". It then occurred to me who Johnny Rotten reminded me of, the YOUNG version that is.
Is it me or could he pass for a real life Ichigo?
Anyways, as much as I can't stand the fillers, they do happen to add a little extra something to help give some light on something that might not have done so in the manga. Beneath the cut is a spoiler just in case.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I didn't recall them showing Aizen checking Orihime out before sending Uli out to capture her in the manga. Now I think it was in eps. 137 when it showed Aizen taking a interest in her powers and thought it was suitable that they showed his reason for wanting her.
IF that part wasn't in the manga, then I hope that they will do something like this for RenRuki when Bya allows the two to go to HM. Since after all, the manga didn't really give us anything about the conversation Bya might have had with them.
As for latest manga ch #291, I think Nel will be one of my fav. females in this series. And she's very pretty to boot! Ya know, when the storyline kinda strays away from Ichi this, Ichi that and starts to show us about the other characters, I really enjoy the manga more. But once it starts to focus back on nothing but Ichigo, I treat it like a fart in the wind. So I'm glad the story's picking back up.
One Piece
Eps. 322... I'll put it behind a cut in case of spoilers as well.
I couldn't stop laughing at Franky and each time they showed everyone's reaction when Robin grabbed his junk. As much as I like the idea of Sanji/Robin, I think I'm also taking a liking to Franky/Robin, especially after this arc. Thought it was cool to see how he came across the ppl that made up of Franky Family. And I love the crew's new ship.

Saturday we are participating in a Charity Ride for the Troops. Which means we have to get up sometime around 4:30am or so to get ready to leave the house I believe 5:45. We are all meeting in Benbrook (west of Ft.Worth I believe) and then we ride down to Nolanville not far from Ft. Hood where we'll be eating. And then head back after that. Going to be quite the long day.

Couldn't he prescribed the liquid, flavored version of Amoxillicin? That way you could've used those baby medicine syringes to "inject" the medicine into the mouth. When the dogs I had were pups, they were on antibods for alittle while & that's what we used. It went straight in w/out too much of a prob, but they didnt like it either. However, it did do the job of getting the antibods into their system. See if you could get second opinions on the antibods @least...
