YAYS! Great way to start the new year with the Beat Crusaders releasing their video for "Winterlong". As per norm with this band, it is quite an.....umm...odd vid but then again, when don't they do something odd? Pretty nifty on what they did when it came to knocking Hidaka's glasses off the mask. *laughs* But from what I can make of it, I don't see any of the band members, just other ppl imitating them. I must say that they got good impersonators between the wigs and even using a bald cap with a fake ponytail for Keitaimo.
You can pre-order the cd here.

NY Eve wasn't too bad. I'm just glad we were given 3hrs off early from work since the ppl we invited over were coming @ 8. I would've been home around 7:30 but nooooooooooooooo.....there had to be a fucking accident on 635 (SHOCKING!...not) which is usually a 4 lane highway down to a 2 lane. By the time I got home, it probably wasn't even 25 mins before company showed up. One thing I always hate about parties is never knowing how much food you really need to have. We bought a little and our guests brought some. By the end of the night, I'd say only half was eaten. Then again, it doesn't take long to get full especially when consuming booze. While the grown ups were in the living room watching NY's Eve stuff on tv, me and the only youngin there, hung out in the spare room playing Guitar Hero (since he got #3 for X-mas). Kinda funny hanging out with an 11yr old but at least it gave him something to do and we both got to play dual since I told him to bring his guitar along.

NY's Day was spent being VERYVERYVERY lazy around the house. Out of all the movies mom sent us for X-mas, we only watched Blades of Glory. The rest was spent dozing off and watching the CSI:Miami marathon. I actually kinda hate days like that cause it makes me too damn sleepy when I'm not really tired. I tried to get bubba to go on a walk in the evening but the bum didn't want to get up or out of the house.
That's something else I've been starting to do is walking in the morning around the area when the weather isn't too damn cold, at least with the wind blowing. The only problem with it is too many dead ends or culdesacs. I did gage the area I walked and from the house to the end of the one street is one mile so at least I get two miles out of the deal.

One thing I've been noticing from my perspective is, I don't see myself really watching or getting into much anime this yr. I barely got into any series this past yr. or any new series that I felt was worth keeping. I have not found any new series to watch, especially when it comes to keeping my interest. Right now the only 2 I've been keeping up with is Bleach and One Piece, kinda sad really but then again maybe not. Keeps me from having to be drug into things I don't want to be drug into. Plus my anime viewing time hasn't been very plentiful so it keeps me from having to find more time to catch up on stuff.

Bubba thought we try something different and add a little jog from one street to the next or the next after that. Talk about tiring.
