God it felt so good to be able to drive on driveable roads, no ice what so ever except for little piles on the side of the road. Now cause of how I was closer to work this past week, its going to be a pain trying to get back on my reg. sleeping schedule. But at least bubba and I are car pooling tonight to work so I don't have to worry about too much today.

*ugh* I know when I DO wake up today, I have a feeling we'll be doing the dreadful grocery shopping since the kitchen has been bare for the past few weeks. Plus with getting my bonus and raise this week, we can indulge on stuff to HOPEFULLY last us at least a month. Gotta go to Sam's Club too and get a few needed things as well, maybe tomorrow.

I'm glad you finally got to go home. That was some hellacious ice storm wasn't it?

Yeah it was pretty bad. I don't even think we got hit that hard where we live in East texas. From what I can recall, Dallas hasn't been hit this bad since New Yr's Eve '00. We might have had a few little ice problems here and there after that yr but thats the one that I can remember the most but even during that time, the next day the roads were pretty decent unlike this recent storm. The roads were bad for at least 3 days.

Next time, I'm going to make sure I have a laptop handy regardless if I have to kill bubba over it *snickers*

Well with me sleeping most of the times when the cleaning ladies went through, I don't think they stopped by unless they came in late at night after I left for work. Funny though that you should mention that.

Thurs afternoon the phone rings in the room while I was sleeping. The front desk dude asked me about checking out and was like "I'm not checking out till tonight" yet I wanted to snap out "I'm fucking sleeping asshole, can't you see when I plan on checking out!" cause I just started to fall asleep when he called. He must've looked to see what account the room was going to and understood *grumbles* THEN the cleaning lady calls the room and asked about the room. I groggily responded with "I'm checking out tonight" AND I'M SLEEPING!!!! ARGH!!!!! If the sign on the door didn't have the DO NOT DISTURB on the handle, then come on in. But if its on there AND if I wanted cleaning service, I believe I would've said something.

You better be glad that I'm not too cranky when you wake me up early at your house. :p
